とにかく広い。その中に犬と過ごすための施設がたくさんある。原則、犬と一緒に利用できないところはない。ドッグランやレストラン、ショップが複数あり、人も犬も充実ひた時間を過ごすことができた。

初めて仕様させて頂きました❗家からもそんなに遠くなく現地に着いた時まるで日本じゃない錯覚😳海外に来た感じでお部屋も広く癒されました｡一つ夕食食事した居場所が早く終わってしまいもう少し食事処がある場とでも又行きたい場所です‼️

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。綺麗なお部屋を用意いただき本当にありがとうございました。また次回も利用させていただきます。寒い中でも池の清掃も丁寧にされていて感謝です。愛犬を安心して遊ばせることができました。

Very well designed resort for dog owners. The resort is big and it is still expanding. It offers several dog parks and pools for all dog sizes. We love it and will be back soon!

本館に泊まったが周りの施設が近くすぐ行けて便利。駐車場は夜だとどこに停めていいかわかりづらい。部屋は隣上下壁が薄いのか物音がしてうちの犬だと敏感で吠えが止まらなかった。夏にもう一度利用したい。

２回目の利用でした。朝、チェックアウト前に、ワンちゃんとお散歩にコースに出掛け、思ったより長いコースだったので、チェックアウトが少し遅れてしまいました。30分も過ぎていないのでその旨を伝えたのですが、『決まりですので』と無愛想な態度で言われ、延長代を請求されました。せっかくの楽しい2日間の最後が少し残念な思い出になりました。

部屋に入った瞬間、犬臭ではなく人間の皮脂？油臭い様な異臭で驚きましたが、トイレやお風呂に長い髪の毛や陰毛なども落ちたままでとても不快でした。また床に滴が落ちた際にティッシュで拭き取ったらあまりの真っ黒さにびっくりしました。こんなに汚い床に愛犬を歩かせるのは抵抗ありました。とにかく休まらない部屋です。いいのか悪いのかわかりませんがフロントでチェックインして鍵をもらったらあとはそのまま放置状態で、どこにいるスタッフも決して感じがいいとは言えません。価格に見合っていない宿泊です。周りにもリピーターが全くいないので納得でした。

いつもうちの小型犬が、大喜びでドッグランやじゃぶじゃぶ池を楽しんでいます！また、四季の小径も楽しくお散歩できます。部屋のベッドにも犬を上げて良いので、リピートしています！唯一不満なのは、ワンコのビュッフェでしょうか…ビュッフェというには少なすぎ。選んだものを食べないため、結局家からフードを持参する必要があります。

もう何回目か分からないくらい宿泊しています。去年、気になった天井のクロスが張り替えられていてしっかりと営繕をしていると感心しました。本当に、ペットファーストなお気に入りの場所なので、あえて気になった箇所をお伝えすると、浴室の浴槽に浸かった時に見える場所の清掃もしっかりすると良いと思います。毎年行くたびに施設が増え、食事の場所も増え、過ごしやすくなって他にどこにも行かなくても施設内で十分楽しめます。
