Location was excellent. Convenient. Service was good. Unfortunately beds were very hard. Had 2 rooms for 2 nights but was happy with location.

Great value, amazing service.

Easily one of the largest rooms we've ever stayed in across Japan at this price point. Perfectly located in the heart of everything you need to walk to in downtown Sapporo. Awesome buffet breakfast, comfortable shared spaces, and aesthetic public baths. Staff was exceptional. On-site parking at a reasonable fee was also a plus.

The hotel was located in a great area, convenient to Odori park for Winter festival and to Pole Town for shopping. Many restaurants around the area and not far from Noji Fish Market.

Great location and comfortable room with a view of the Ferris wheel and shopping street. The breakfast had a large variety but felt it was not catered to Australian breakfast options however can not complain as there was something for everyone even it it was more like lunchtime food. Onsen was very clean and free for hotel guest. Would stay again if in Sapporo.

Every thing was perfect except for the stone hard bed.

It’s close to restaurants and shops, can stay until mid night .

We booked a family room with 4 beds with pantry and washing machine, very spacious and nice stay!

Good location, easy to walk around. Hotel parking with cover is a plus during winter time, Family Mart is connected to hotel too. Nice bath at hotel but very crowded at night time, free coffee at lobby from 3-9pm, breakfast is good too! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Quiet. Clean. But a little small space room. Morning meal is so good!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom are decent size. The breakfast was great. Location is great. The housekeeping and staff were great. However the issue is the laundry amenities. Only 2 laundry machines which is not enough and not reliable machines for this high volume hotel. Many tourist bus from China came to this hotel. They should have at least 6 reliable laundry machines for this size of hotel. If we can turn back time we would choose a different hotel.

The room was fantastic. I had a Japanese style room and I thought it was a lot larger than similar rooms at other hotels in this price point.

We stayed 6 days here. Staff was great. Great onsen experience. Food was great but wish more variety esp for long stays. They had laundry which didnt really dry clothesso we had hang them up in room. No daily cleaning . They let us have crib. We had view of ferris wheel. Walkable from one of the famous streets and odori park during autum festival! But farther from jr train station

Excellent location. Walk to everywhere with great restaurants and shopping. Closed to morning seafood market is a plus. Onsen onsite but it a bit small. Convenient parking on site. Room is good size for city and quiet overall. Bed is soft for us and air conditioner with set range of temperature so it take time to cool down the room. We didn't try to breakfast since many options closed by. We will come back when visit Sapporo again. Thanks.

We visited Sapporo from 8/18/2024 to 9/1/2024, and stayed in 3 hotels. I am going to include 3 hotels in one review. 1. Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori, 8/18/2024 - 8/24/2024: Nice location, 2 minutes away from Odori Station, 2 minutes away from Tanikukoji 5, and very close to Mitsukoshi, PARCO, Susukino’s shopping, dinning places and other commercial areas. Very friendly staff. English speakers. Spacious and comfortable lobby, offering coffee and tea 24 hours. Microwave and laundry machine (washer/dryer in one) available in our room, so convenient for people who stay for several days in hot season. We had a high floor and could see a little bit of mountains, but most of the Mountain view was blocked by a building next to the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Cons: the ceiling of the room was low. The toilet room smelled weird. The air of the room was not very fresh but the window was not allowed to open. 2. La’gent, 8/25/2024 - 8/30/2024: it was next to Tokyu Stay. The location was as nice as Tokyu. The window could be opened to get fresh air. Onsen was great, although crowded in the evening. The building temperature was set very cool so that guests felt very released from outside heat and humidity. The vanities surface and storage space in toilet room was bigger than the other two hotels. Our room window faced south and could see the Tanukikoji and Ferris Wheel. Breakfast was ok. Two public laundry machines on 2nd floor which were very busy most of the day

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the main downtown area on foot. We have a one-year-old baby, and the tatami room was the best choice for us. It provided a comfortable and safe space for our little one to play. The small onsen was also a great addition, very useful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel location is excellent, shopping and eateries are just round the corner. Room is clean and decent, though the parking is quite expensive for guest, would appreciate a better rate for guests staying there.
