If you come to tokyo for your vacation, you should consider check out this onsen.they have a free shuttle bus from shinjuku every day its about 4-5hrs rides, not to mention they have a very special onsen water....

・乳白色のお風呂は体の芯から温まり、また雪景色の中の入浴は最高でした。・長寿の湯にあったウォーターサーバーが空だった為、風呂上がりに喉が渇いていたが飲むことが出来ず残念だった。・8種類の風呂を探したが2種類（展望露天風呂：姥苦湯、笹湯）は無かった。

日進館は昔からの老舗的なところがあるのだろうけどスタッフの対応も人によって悪い　綺麗なわけでもないなのになんで宿泊料だけ他と比べ格段に高いのだろう。お湯は言うまでもなく五つ星だけど他はいまいち料理は美味しいものもあった
