Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji

Very convenient location. Great room with a washing machine and dryer! Very close to the Outer fish markets and Ginza shopping, and direct trains to both airports.

So clean and close to train stations. Extremely friendly staff. The washer & dryer in the room allowed us to pack light. Water pressure in the showers was incredible. Will stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Worth the price vs quality of the hotel , if you want to stay in a quiet area near also good places to shop and eat and the people of the hotel are extremely kind

Amazing hotel in Ginza, well-connected by train and Ginza shopping is within a walkable distance. We upgraded our room to a Queen and it was a lot more spacious than others we stayed in whilst in Japan. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Great location near Tsujiki market, train lines and walking distance to lots of konbinis, restaurants and shopping! Very spacious rooms, with laundry, microwave, fridge & freezer! Clean hotel with a lounge area. Staff are professional and hospitable. Make sure to ask for laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry. Wish we had time to check out the baths!

Room size was larger than expected as compared to previous other Mitsui Garden eg Premier Garden that’s down the road. Like that the toilet bowl is separate from the shower area but there’s a lack of clothes hanging area if intend to close the sliding door to change in that entry way. There’s only one hook next to the sink which makes it really inconvenient to reach for towel. Either the toilet door should have a long handle to hang towel or extra hooks to hang clothes and towel. For 3 mornings, visited 2nd floor to get coffee but almost always no creamer. During peak hours such as morning time should constantly check and refill creamer since it’s popular time for morning coffee / tea. The staff called back to inform creamer was available about 1h later, which was thoughtful. Also there wasn’t directions or information shared about room cleaning service. We had to find out by reading the wooden notes in room.

Second time staying at Mitsui Garden Tsukiji.. we always have a wonderful stay.. from the great hotel amenities to the wonderful staff.. I will be staying here again .. walking distance to a few train stations.. so many dining options available in the area.. 3 min walk to Tsukiji Market.. Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely loved our stay! New hotel. Right by the Tsukiji market for delicious food early in the morning. Central to all Tokyo neighbourhoods. Several subway lines nearby. Felt incredibly safe and quiet, yet only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ginza.

LOVED my stay here. The rooms were small but had it all! Washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave…the service was great. The location was elite and right next to the market. It was really modern and clean. Would absolutely book the hotel again.

Great hotel with amazing staff and amenities! The location was perfect for us. The room was pretty spacious. All of our luggages fit with room to space. I liked that we can store our carry on under the bed. I also liked the in room washer & dryer! You also get free detergent if you ask the front desk :)

The staff was amazing and attentive. The rooms were spotless and the shower pressure is something I’ll be dreaming of for the rest of my life (or at least until I return). I would totally stay here again.

2 people, 6 night stay at the end of March ‘25. Pros: Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice public bath, free coffee and water station, nice area close to the famous fish market and walking distance to convenient stores and trains, washer/dryer fridge and microwave in room. Cons: 6 night stay and they only cleaned our room ONCE. This is a 4-star hotel and our rate averaged 55,557 yen per night. They let you know that room cleaning is once every 2 days (to be environmentally friendly) and you could call to request more towels, pajamas, and garbage collection during certain hours on non-cleaning days. Problem is, you have to go out of your way to do this. We came home after a full day at Disney (on a scheduled cleaning day), expecting trash to be gone, new sheets, and fresh towels, only to find that none of this happened. When I called to let them know, they said our room wasn’t scheduled for cleaning. They sent up new towels but it was just very disappointing. You need to bring your room towel to the public bath. The room layout is not great for more than 1 person. had to move a bunch of things around to fit our suitcases, the bed has only one tiny nightstand so one person goes without a place to set things.
