Narita Tobu Hotel Airport

Nice hotel. It is the closest hotel to terminal 3. Walking to terminal 3 just takes 5 minutes. Noice isolation is quite good even it is so close to airport. Room is very clean and well equiped with hot water boiler and refrigerator. Front desk staffs are very warm and nice.

Quiet and safe place to stay.

The only problem is to get there as GPS is confusing and taxi driver struggled to get us there.

This was a convenient hotel 15 minutes from the airport. It was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the air conditioning. It was not great.

Very happy to have this property near Narita Airpot during an unexpected stop. Our flight was delayed so we missed the connecting flight. The room was very clean, room service was on time, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the rate was very reasonable. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We had four adults travelling and booked a room with four twin beds and it was great. There is a little convenience store/gift shop in the lobby that had a great selection of food and gifts for decent prices. The only down side to me were the prices at the Oasis Restaurant (I didn’t go to the bars as they were closed). I realize the location so close to the airport means elevated prices but it was very expensive and the food was just okay. I would highly recommend this hotel but wouldn’t eat at Oasis again.

Absolutely loved our Japanese style room. The bus shuttle from and to the airport was excellent. so easy. The buffet for breakfast was ample and had a good variety. Dinner and lunch options were good albeit a bit pricey. We were able to purchase an early check-in and late check out but the 8000 Yen for each seemed pricey. Glad we had the option though. Staff were very hospitable. Older hotel but our room was spotless. Great value for the room! Just unfortunate that the location doesn't have more natural pedestrian friendly options when we wanted to get some fresh air. Will definitely stay again when we return.

Easy access from Terminal 1 with the shuttle bus. Facility was clean and the staff were wonderful! There is a drugstore and a convenience store on property and a 7-11 is just a ~10min walk away.

Not close to anything do bring your own snacks & drinks. There is a small convenience store on the hotel that is reasonably but doesn’t compare to the Larsons or 7 elevens across Japan. Restaurant is expensive for buffet dinner and breakfast and charges to use the gym. No free coffee or water in this hotel lobby!

A great place to stay if arriving late into Narita. Free shuttle bus was amazing.

Excellent transport to n from narita. No convenience or eateries around except for hotel. Bed n rooms are old, but clean.

The place is really clean ! Awesome staff! But bus service to and from town was scarce so had to take taxi from the mall as the bus service only runs till 740pm. It cost me and my son $40cad to get back

I specifically picked this hotel so that I could enjoy a morning swim and a training at the gym. It turned out that these are not open before 2 PM! Extremely disappointing, they should mention on their Expedia page that they have limited hours from 2 PM to 9 PM to enjoy the pool. Most people I know go to the gym in the morning not after 2 PM!

After a 10hr flight it was nice to have a hotel so close to the airport to unwind and freshen up for our Japan holiday. The free bus to the hotel from the airport was great leaving from Terminal 2. The bed was quite hard but we were only there for 1 night so we werent really bothered by it. It was great having a convenience store inside the hotel as well as vending machines on every level in case of a late night drink. We had the buffet for dinner and it was lovely. Had lots of different foods to try as well as a chef on hand cooking meat. The drink machines took a little getting used to bit there is an English language button. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, and a great way to start off your day with bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries as well as cereal and Japanese style breakfast foods. Would defintely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, everything was clean, and they gave you all the amenities needed like a shaver, soap, shampoo, etc. The hotel was easy to get to from Shinjuku Station via the Narita express. I would say that it’s about a 10-15minute walk from terminal 3 while dragging luggages, but all the trains will drop you off at terminal 1 or 2. You have to walk from terminal 2 to T3 or wait an hour for the free shuttle to show up at the shuttle terminal in T2. The laundry service was convenient, however, you do need to have coins in order to use it. They do have a pool and fitness area, however, you have to pay to enter the gym or to rent a towel if you go to the pool. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel, a convenience store, and a pharmacy (which I was very grateful before as I was coming down with something). However, although the convenience door is very affordable, past 4 PM you have very limited options. All they had was instant noodles, drinks, chips, and candy left by 8pm and they did not refill anything till the AM. That being said, it was really easy to walk to terminal 2/3 at the airport and buy food there. All in all, I would stay here again if arriving late form a flight or leaving early in AM. I would recommend it. Make sure to look at the shuttle schedule so you don’t miss it.
