Home away from home. I have been staying at this hotel ever since opening. I love this convenient and quiet location.very close to Tokyo Station and Daimaru Department Store. Walking distance to Nihonbashi as well.a very friendly and helpful staff. Love having your own kitchen for longer stay.

We enjoyed the gracious service and elegant surroundings. Breakfast in the lounge was completely wonderful—a relaxing and nutritious way to start each day, in beautiful surroundings. The bed was firm but very comfortable. Having a mini washer/dryer in the room was very helpful. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking a complete meal—self catering would be easy and there’s a convenience store at Lobby level. The bathroom was comfortable and large. Being right next to Tokyo station was convenient especially for getting a taxi back to the hotel or grabbing one out at the taxi stand there. But the best was the staff; so kind, attentive and professional. We would definitely come back,

Our room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The buffet breakfast was quite good, but exactly the same every morning. We stayed 6 nights and it became boring.
The staff were all very polite and spoke English. The limo
bus to the airport was right on the ground floor of the hotel, very convenient. We would stay there again.

The property offers a studio room with modern kitchen and washing facilities on high floors. It is very conveniently located close to Tokyo Station which makes travel easy around Tokyo. Plenty of dining options nearby or you could prepare your own meals in the room.
One concern was that finding the parking entrance to the hotel was tricky since there was only a tiny signboard visible from the road. Another concern was the throughness of the cleaning services of the room.
Otherwise, a good choice especially if you are here on business for a longer stay.

Oakwood feels like my second home. The staff are exceptionally nice—warm and accommodating without being overbearing. The location is perfect for commuting anywhere in central Tokyo. My favorite features are the well-equipped kitchen and the laundry facilities, which make my stay even more comfortable. We stayed at this service apartment hotel with modest expectations, and for the most part, everything was fine. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the amenities like the kitchenette and washing machine were a nice touch.
However, our experience soured at checkout. A breakfast charge was added to our room, which I immediately flagged as a mistake. The front desk staff, though, was quite reluctant to believe me. I was asked to explain three times, and eventually, I had to challenge him to show me the signature on the receipt. The “signature” he presented was clearly not mine, nor did it even resemble my name. To make matters worse, the name on the cheque wasn’t even mine.
Despite this, the staff member insisted that it was my room, and I found myself having to push further by asking him to compare the signature to my passport, which was on file. Only then did he grudgingly drop the issue, though it was clear he wasn’t happy about it.
This incident highlighted the passive-aggressive, robotic service typical in Japan, where problems are handled rigidly and without much initiative to solve them outside of protocol. The inability to acknowledge a simple mistake was frustrating, especially after spending a large sum at the hotel.
In the end, I was left feeling unnecessarily harassed over a $25 charge, which felt insulting after such a large expenditure.

I had a medical emergency a day before our arrival to Oakwood. Hotel manager Sho Goto and his team were very kind and extremely patient with us. Help me with wheelchair, taxi in and out and hospital contact. We are forever grateful and would definitely come back again when I recover. Other than this, the apartment is very clean, good size with very nice kitchen and laundry. It would fit most families with young kids like us.
