Red Roof Inn & Suites Osaka - Namba/Nippombashi

The room was small but it was clean. The bathroom was also spacious.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn & Suites in Miami Florida a few times before...(Also booked thru Hotels.com) We thought we give this a try...Nice lobby with a sitting area and 24h Grind Coffee machine (Loved it)... Friendly staffs speak good English... We took the Breakfast option (Restaurant is right next door)... absolutely loved it. We booked the 19 sq. ft. room, but it didn't mentioned it was an accessible room, a VERY SMALL window that has no direct natural light from outside... Also, they collected 600jpy City Tax at check in which was NOT mentioned anywhere during booking the property. Both the room & bathroom was clean and spacious... There were some stains on the bedsheet...we just covered it with the bath towel... We requested NO cleaning service, so they left the clean towels, slippers, water in a basket outside our room door... Love the location...with many shops and food place options near by... There are also 2 big shopping malls, Kuromon Market, Shinsekai and Dotonbori are all within walkable distance... Will stay again...

It was pleasant. Washroom dont have privacy, you could see people through the windows they have, no tub on the washroom [ theres also tears on the walls where our room was at). Very accommodating, free coffee, tea. Friendly staff.

It was ok. The rooms were had some wears on the ceilings of the washroom. When we got inside, there wasnt a lot of amenities. Staff were accommodating, some not friendly. The wooden door of the washroom didnt have any privacy window. Theres no tub. Coffees, tea are free.

Was a great location in Namba, very close to main area, 10-15 min walk. Most stations close by too. Nice friendly staff

Have a really pleasant stay! We walked everywhere, location was really good! One of the bigger bathrooms we've had, even the room, in Japan! Will stay here again

Check in was crowded. Not much room for suitcases and no early checkin. Hotel was oddly shaped and TINY. Rooms were Tiny. Our room was noisy from street noise. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Tv all in Japanese - no English channels. You don’t want to be in the room longer than you have to! Disappointed - no decor.

Good location with easy access to subway. Check-in process was not a good experience.

The property is in excellent location... safe and walkable to shopping and dinning... Staff are very helful..

I had a good stay while traveling the area also a restaurants and a convenient stores are super close to the hotle.

We had a minor hiccup during our booking. The onsite staff especially Tran really step up and coordinate to speak with her manager. It’s extra mile to ensure guests really had a good rest at the hotel. Thanks again for doing that! Really appreciative 🙏🙏🙏

nothing special. it’s in a convenient location and the room felt homey, but there was dust on the lamps and some other parts of the room. i liked it bec of all the good food around the hotel.

Red Roof Inn’s very reasonable price & great walk not too distant to all the shopping areas.

You can hear the traffic noise but other than that, the staff and amenities were good.
