This property was fine, no tea or coffee as advertised, but that’s no drama. A little bit of noise from the constant train traffic, but the proximity to Shin-Osaka was the clincher for us.

The single room costs 65 Canadian Dollars plus tax. Cannot go wrong with this price. Room size is reasonable and should have no problem to fully open the luggage. Toilet is surprising new. Not very High end toilet, but it is more than enough. Room is normal clean, except the floor is greasy.
The dark side is, There is no room service. Have to pack the garbage and leave it on the door each morning. No staff will enter your room to clean or grab garbage. Have to write a small paper to front desk in order to get towel. No bottle water is provided. The bedroom has no city view, or river view.
If, you are living here for 1 to 3 nights, This is the best choice since you won't need that much room service.
Plenty of restaurant is around the area, 7 minutes of walking to Shin Osaka Station. There is a laundry shop 2 minutes away.
This hotel is much better than other inn.
Again, Save the money by living in this hotel, and spend that money on Umeda Shopping District.

Relatively spacious hotel room although the bathroom was small (even for Japan). Hotel location was quite a distance from Shin-Osaka station, especially the JR side.

The staff are the saving grace for this hotel. At all times we found to super courteous and helpful. However we paid for breakfast included and can report that although this was an array of reasonably tasty food, the whole lot was served stone cold at 6:30 am!! We were there for two day's and this happened both days. Also by Japanese standards the hotel was dirty and smelt slightly of urine.

Stayed four nights, check-in was easy with english speaking staff. Property was clean, quiet and very comfortable on my stay. There is only one shared microwave in the lobby if you need to reheat food but there are many 7-11, Lawsons and Family Mart close by, but the main draw was the close proximity to the Shin-Osaka Train station which makes getting around very easy. Recommended and will stay here again in the future.

The hotel room is so small , we can’t move around . We stayed at other hotels in Japan with about the same price , but this is below average. The hotel vibe is not very welcoming , it feels a little “dingy”. The only good thing is that it’s close to the train station , and 7/11. So it’s fine for 1 night , not more .

Staff was excellent in every way. One showed me how to use the washing machine which had Japanese instructions. They gave us directions, called a cab for us, got us extra towels, and helped us in other ways.
The hotel is easy walking distance to both the major Shin Osaka Train station and the city metro.

Liked: convenient location. Train stations nearby. Convenient stores and food shops all over the place.
Disliked: lack of amenities. Slippers were reused and had a smell. I guess this is the new trend when switching to environmentally friendly solutions.
