御堂筋線江坂駅の前に位置するホテルでとても便利でした。ホテルが入っているビルには地下に食堂街もあり、21時過ぎに帰ってきても夕食には困りませんでした。
コインランドリーがありましたが洗濯機も乾燥機も2台ずつしかなく、夜は混んでいて諦めました。部屋は快適で心地よく過ごせました。

Loved its walkable distance from the metro station. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Recommending for 1-2 night stay. Very small room, and stuffy smell even tho we booked non smoking room. Air conditioning was not working properly and was turning on and off whole night. We didn’t get much sleep and could barely move around the room (2 adults and 1 child, three bed room)
Out of four hotels we booked in Japan this was the one we enjoyed the east unfortunately.
Only positive was that train station is 2min away.

Overall, a good hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a Denny’s. Hotel is close to the train station and sunshine shopping center and there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a little bit bigger than the average Japanese hotel room. The only thing to note is if you have a queen bed, it will go the whole width of the room so the second person has to climb over to get to their side of the bed. The staff at the hotel is excellent very accommodating. The laundry facility is right adjacent to the front desk. If you’re drying your clothes, it takes a long time since it’s only a small dryer. overall, I would stay there again.

Very average, good for a basic stay. A lot of rooms on each floor - so elevators are a bit busy at times. Rooms are on the small side, but at least there is a chair and desk area.

I did not like having to go to the front desk to borrow an iron to press my clothing. I believe that those items should already be inside the room. Also, although the front desk was very nice and professional, they seemed to be slightly inexperienced when interacting with foreigners. There were small delays in communicating things such as extra room charges or navigation to the airport. Other than those minor issues I would say the stay was very pleasant and I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

OK hotel, but the air conditioning was broken and we were not allowed to open the (clearly hinged) windows. Our room was a sweltering and humid 27 degrees celsius day and night for our entire stay despite chilly autumn weather, which made our room overall unpleasant.
The free wifi was very spotty, and constantly dropped out. It was completely non functional in the bathroom.
The water station on our floor was always empty in the evening.
Otherwise good room and service, friendly staff, pretty lobby. Immediate surroundings are a little boring, but it's only 20 minutes to Osaka city center on the midosuji line, which can be accessed very closed to the hotel.
But the broken AC and hot room were a dealbreaker.
Be prepared to use your own cellular data in the hotel as well.
