The staff here was wonderful. I don't speak the language but they made it very easy to communicate back and forth. Definitely would stay here again!

家族と利用させえもらいました。車で行ったのですが、駐車場が一般の駐車場で、その上駐車場に入るまで繁華街の一歩通行でちょっと不便でした。その他宿泊施設等は、家族全員が満足させてもらいました。

First time staying in this style hotel. Right on the edge of a great downtown area. No frills, but comfortable rooms. Unanticipated extras like evening drinks and face masks. The bathroom enclosure was the thing that threw me. Incredibly efficient, but a bit cramped and odd to a Westerner.

八戸には月に１～２回、出張で訪れていますが、今回初めてス－パーホテルさんを利用させていただきました。全体としてはとてもきれいでスタッフさんの接客も気持ちのよいものでした。ただ部屋の広さは少し窮屈な感じを受けました。スーツケースをどこで広げようか迷ったのと、バスルームも結構狭く、歯磨き洗顔は便器をまたぎながら行いました。料金が安かったので贅沢は言えませんが。今後もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
