The hotel was very comfortable, modern, spacious, relaxed and functional. River views and very helpful and pleasant staff. Central and close to all the sights we intended to visit, and very close to the train station. The best accommodation we have had so far on our 3 week Japan holiday. Would definitely book again. Had breakfast one morning, and a great selection of Japanese dishes to choose from.

Nice clean modern property. Staff were friendly on reception. Parking close by which is paid for before leaving. Limited space however. Room was clean and had enough space for two people and multiple cases. Not far from the peace park and Hiroshima memorial museum. Would stay again.

The property was clean and neat. Check in was painful as they use an electronis check in, which feels likes it takes twice as long as the old fashioned manual method. Ten minutes walk from Hiroshima station. Fifteen minutes into the heart of the shopping area.

Hotel was awesome! Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing view of the river. We arrived early and the staff was kind enough to let us stay in the lounge until our room was ready. Very close to tourist attractions and the main shopping street. Very, VERY reasonable price for everything it came with.

A convenient 8 min walk across the river to the hotel from Hiroshima station, and 20 min walk to downtown Hiroshima/Okonomi-mura. We had a delicious meal at Okonomiyaki Nor at Okonomimura, visited the Peace memorial and spent half a day at Miyajima Island. It was a perfect 2 day trip! The downside of the hotel was it didn’t have a coin laundry on site.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help - from check-in to departure, their friendliness made a big impression. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable - much more generous than we expected for a city hotel. Less than a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, it was the perfect base for exploring the city and our day trips to Miyajima and other nearby towns and cities. We’d happily stay again!

The hotel overlooked the river which was nice! Room had blackout curtains. No bed bugs (a must as I have gotten them in previous hotels). Not a bad walk to Hiroshima station. Shower had good pressure. TV - all in Japanese so didn’t bother with it. The bed was a nice size and not too uncomfortable!

This hotel was a decent one- though I had hoped it was much nicer given the reviews and ratings. It's about 10 mins from the train station. The rooms were fine but it isn't really near anything. It was about a 30 min walk to the Peace museum and other areas. The buffet was ok- I liked it but if you are not familiar with typical Japanese breakfasts you may not like it.
