The property itself was fine but when we entered our room it was a really poor experience. The floor was stained, dirty and smelly. The tiles were also stained and left uncleaned. We had booked a 4 person room but only 2 of the single beds were made up we had to make 2 of the beds up. The mattresses on those 2 unmade beds were also stained and dirty but also very uncomfortable.
The room itself was very small. The wash basin was in the room with you so getting ready for the day was difficult.
The hotel is also located under a freeway bridge with frequent noise and sirens.
The overall experience was fairly poor. Had I known what I know now I wouldn't have booked it. Not recommended.

We stayed in purple connecting rooms on the 5th floor for a family of four and the space was good. Really enjoyed the two-toned theme. The staff were very courteous. We arrived early and really appreciated that they stored our luggage for us and put them in our room when the rooms were ready.
The trains can be loud but they didn't bother our sleep at night.
One con was that I didn't notice an air purifier and could see the dust in the air at times.

Great place. Clean, and friendly. There’s a train that goes by every couple of minutes so it may get a little noisy. They stop running at night but will start up again early in the morning.

Check-in was smooth and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and clean and even had an on-site washer & dryer! Water pressure and temperature were amazing and no complaints. Walking distance to Tokyo Dome and train station. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Great location with beautiful views. The room layout was great and spacious from the three of us. It was walking distance to the Tokyo Dome and many other restaurants and train stations. Our 6 year old loved the colors and we enjoyed mornings at the cafe.

We are a family of 5 (parents, 3 teens); Toggle can accommodate us in one rate for two adjacent rooms. Near Iidibashi and Suidobashi stations, we have a couple of options to go around Tokyo. Near areaa with konbinis, restaurants (ramen, katsu). Very clean and modern rooms. The only “down” side is its distance to the train tracks as you hear trains passing by as early as 5am. Try to get a room facing away from the train tracks side. Might be quieter. Overall great experience. I will book here again as it has fit our budget.

The location was very convenient. Close to two train stations, well connected with the rest of the city and popular attractions. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was at the entrance of the room and the floor tiles were very dirty. They sure needed a good scrub! Also, their cleaning staff were not very thorough and left something out every day.

Everything was great about this property from checkin to staying but there was 1 staff member who at the end when asked to keep our luggage said they can’t we’re too full. I explained that I had sent an email to the hotel months earlier and asked if we could keep our luggage at the hotel till we came back and they said yes. Come to the front desk when checking out and we will keep for you. This receptionist was not really helpful and waited for me to find the email confirming what the hotel had said. Very rude. Why would we lie about it? I wish I could remember the receptionists name as she made us feel uncomfortable. Please check our day leaving the hotel December 20th at 11am and it’s one of the 2 woman working.

Our stay in the corner room was spacious enough for us and got to see the sun rise every morning. The staff and amenities (laundry) were also very nice and helpful. The area was quiet, but also accessible. Overall a very good experience at toggle! Would definitely recommend and go back.
