It's a traditional Japanese house with different rooms available to be chosen. The room is equipped with a lot of items including pajamas, bathing suits, different types of towels, different types of snacks and drinks available for free, and even hair curler. The bathroom has a wooden bathtub which is very nice and offers the experience of a private onsen. The bed is extremely comfortable.
The only downside seems to be the windows. They use the traditional Japanese divider to block the sunlight without any curtain. So I was awakened by the sunrise at 5:30am or so every morning.

Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better

最上階の部屋だったので客室に期待が大きかったが、ホテル自体が古く傷も多くげんなりした。
また、チェックアウトの際、他の部屋の片付けをされてるのが目についた。ビジネスホテルかと思った。
多分、次の予約はしないかな。

立派な庭があるのですが、今は改装中だったのか、池の水や滝がなかったのが、残念でした♪
あと、紅葉🍁もまだでしたが、期待出来そうですので、また、行きたいです♪

老朽化は否めないが、清潔に保とうとしている様子は伺えた。
食事は素晴らしく全て美味しく堪能させて頂いた。また、スタッフの方々の接客も素晴らしく心地の良い一時を過ごせた。
ただ残念なのは湯郷温泉界隈を散策してみたが平日と言う事もあり閑散としており、この界隈に泊まろうとは思えないほど廃墟化していた。
多分休日に訪れても感じる事は同じように思う。
今回の宿は温泉街から少し離れていたが総合的に良い宿と思う。機会があればまた訪れたい。

スタッフの全員とは言えないですが、皆さん丁寧でしたが、
最初、部屋に案内されてその後、入口を見たら靴がそのままでした。離れだったので
下駄箱に入れてなかったのかは不明ですが。
