Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.

Room was good and clean and the bed is comfortable, wifi is good in certain areas (in our room it was fast, but in our friend's room it was not), the only downside for this hotel is the bathrooms, they need renovation, they look very old and seems unhealthy, it's like leaving a 4-star room and entering a 2-star bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will do the best they can to help you.

We faced a major problem during the check -in where we were supposed to be in at 14:00 p.m. but there was a delay of an hour and half which screw our schedule for the whole day. As a result we had to check out early at 7:00 a.m.

Staff were very attentive. My booking did not include breakfast, and when asked, I was told it could be ordered and sent to my room. Although not stated openly, it was clear that presence of a single unveiled (though elderly) lady in the open-floor lobby restaurant was undesirable.
