Great hotel with the best service, especially from the staff Angel Choi and Alex. They are very helpful and responsive. I brought my 70-year-old mom with me and Angel really catered to our needs. She even helped to arrange a room with shower and chair for elderly. Location is superb, close to many attractions including Senado Square (walking distance). Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again for my next visit.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room. They have a mini playground for kids inside the restaurant. It made my kids very happy. The location was very near to the ferry terminal. You can just walk from the hotel to the terminal.

Its location is also convenient – just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus for easy transport. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in design is impressive. Downstairs, there's a small shopping area, a variety of restaurants, and even a cinema, making it a great spot for both relaxation and entertainment without having to leave the premises. One of the standout features for me was the powerful water jet in the bath. It felt like having a personal in-house spa and massage – a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The staff are very friendly, especially the girl that is assigned during daytime. She was able to give us the information that we needed. The hotel's location is what I am very much impressed with because it's really accessible. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk, and the famous tourist spots are just in the neighborhood. It was a fantastic experience. The room is so clean and tidy, small but cute, and it has a good smell. The toilet is very nice. The mirrors are so clear that you can really do your makeup and regime effectively. I would say that our entire stay is quite satisfying. I would still come back to this hotel and will certainly recommend it to my friends.

The Venetian Macao
We're soo satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Amazing view from our window, we could see a massive, well-maintained garden and Londoner Big Ben. The check-in process was really smooth, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Bus stops just outside the hotel. We had the best stay in Macau 🇲🇴 thank you for your hospitality 👍

Nice hotel, big room, big bed, hot bath tub, hot water, nice view. Five star highly recommended hotel. Great location, near Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. The strips of Macau, just like strips in Vegas. Malls just downstairs, restaurants and shops everywhere. A perfect place to stay. Definitely will come back.

Studio City
We had an awesome check in at Studio City! There were many hotels to choose from, but I was really glad that we made the right choice! It was extremely convenient hopping from one place to another because of its complimentary shuttles. The check in and check-out process was a breeze. The room was spotless. The hotel is elegant, and there was so much to see. The service was exceptional. We were treated really, really well! The free luggage storage was convenient! Plus we were given two free tickets to the Batman ride!!! Overall, our stay in Macau was great mainly because of this hotel. Salute to Studio City! I hope the hotel stays the same ‘coz the next time we come back to Macau, we will definitely stay here again!

I got the comfortable, clean, and spacious room with water fountain view. Overall, a really great hotel, one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! The staff are so nice, kind, and friendly. Free shuttle from all gates and borders. The hotel is very clean. They provide 4 cans of drink for free in the refrigerator. Each room has a bathtub. We stayed in the river view room. Part of Galaxy Hotel. Walking distance to Venetian and Studio City. There are food streets in the hotel area. Easy to have hot food.
