City Residences 2 Bedroom Apartment KLCC

1st: we're so tired awaiting at lobby. but the owner through his assistant told me that Air Cond was broken? so He suggested move to another apartment (park view service apartment). what a not pro!

Severe, we ordered 1 unit of 2 bedroom. But given 2 different bedrooms building. After complaint, finally 2 bedrooms were given in 1 building. But the place is far from where we want it to be.

The owner lie not giving the apartment we rent! Be careful guys ! Don't rent in here ! And were given no choice as it would mean I am sleeping on the street if I do not enter the apartment which is much smaller and not as per described plus with cockroaches in it at another location which are further than my innitially booked location. The owner innitially informed me that the apartment has toilet blockage issue and will fix it the next day so I can switch back to the room , however the promise were broken over and over daily until our check out date, owner keeps on not replying any of my message. Not showing and lie to app that we agree of changing apartment from the begining !
