My third stay with this hotel. The overall experience was good. The room is clean and quiet. The food is okay but it would be better if hotel can change slightly on the breakfast choices available. Recommend. Thank you.

Arrived earlier and enquire whether able to check in earlier and the male receptionist was very helpful whom helped to swap room when our room wasnt ready which we are very thankful for. What more the property was cozy and comfy and quite accessible.

For the price (came with breakfast) we paid it exceed our expectations. Staff was super helpful when requested. Room was good with very spacious toilet and it's handicapped friendly. Breakfast wise the choices are limited and the food was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Room is ok. However not suitable for those travel by car as there is no car park at all. You have to leave your car by the roadside at your own risk.

The staff is friendly, clean, but because there is construction in front of the hotel it is a bit noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear sounds from the room next door.

Although the room space is small, but it’s sufficient for solo travellers / just 1 person stay and also the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the Front Office Manager. Thanks for the late checkout as requested but could be later. High floor was not that high but it’s ok it was quiet and I had a peaceful sleep. 😅 I’ll definitely stay here again! 😍😍

When I went there was a construction project across the hotel. But it wasn't too disturbing. The room was clean, the AC wasn't cool enough. The staff was friendly.

The room is quite large and comfortable for our family of 5, but access is not good, far from the crowd, it is difficult to find food, you have to go close to Grab Food, access to JB Central Station takes 5 minutes by Grab

Friendly staff and comfortable environment. However, the self-drive there is no guest parking lot available, you’ll need to park at the open car park which most of the time are full. Overall was a good!

Locality is way out of place, maybe booked the wrong location. Anyway, staff are very friendly, my regards to them. Booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night.

The hotel is nice and feels like a new building. The room is clean, comfortable and looks new. The AC in the room is cold. The bathroom is not too big but clean and comfortable, the hot and cold water taps work well. Strategic location near JB central, making it easy for us to cross to Singapore. Unfortunately there is no restaurant when we asked about dinner and breakfast. Recommended for those who want to go to Singapore but stay in Johor Bahru.

Like the newness and cleanliness. Location is near Malaysia customs and all nearby government agencies like EPF, High Court. Next to are&f mall with nearby food like beef noodles or fried oysters.

Room cleaning service kept knocking at 1030/11am even when we didn't ask for. Even after we placed a sign to make up the room after we left at 1230pm and came back at 930pm the room was not make up.
