As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately MYR 15 for adults and MYR 10 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: MYR 100 per person
• Airport shuttle fee per child: MYR 70 (from 12 to 12 years old)
• Early check-in fee: MYR 20 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: MYR 20 every 8 days
