I love staying in lexis hibiscus as I do not need to think what sort of activities for my family. There are plenty of activities to busy with and the room is spacious with a big private pool which spent my kids for whole day in the room. Their service is fast, efficient and polite too. I love the ambience in the Lexis hibiscus. I will come back again definitely.

I stayed on the 8th Floor of Block B. Very nice view from Room 808. 3 mins walking distance to the beach. Easy to find food because nearby the beach area has a lot of food stall. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Mosque nearby to perform Friday prayers. Happy with the stay and will be back again on 28-30 Apr 2018.

acceptable accommodation Our room was a great size with clean bathroom. Hotel staffs are very polite and give good responded to our problem .The pool are in good addition too. I reached there at 11.30 pm and check in counter was closed. security person did my check in which was a very frustrating and long process. then I found a lot of bugs on the bed. so I just left and went to another hotel. worst experience ever!

We need to change 4 times our room. And the training staff alone without senior staff or local staff assist. 1. Block G at 5th floor, we request to change due the lift are out of order, yes the have other lift but far for us plus we come alone with baby 3 month, 3year, 10 year and 11 year kid. 2. Yes, we change order room at block A 2nd floor but there is no channel for the TV, we I ask why the TV are not working they telling us problem with technical issue. They should inform us earlier or fix it. 3. Again we change the room, I was waiting at receptionist while my husband are checking the 3rd room again. The room is studio room our is family room. 4. again and finally we got the room. Can image how hard we are up and down with the kids? 5. They are telling us there is no WiFi include. 6. There is no shop nearby.

Perfect location for short weekend escape. Near to beaches, shops and food places. Carpark is limited, 1st come 1st serve basis, since the restaurant below is operating till midnight, need to share carpark with the laundry, mini market, and restaurant customers. Other than that, this hotel is perfect for me.

There is no air conditioner remote. The TV remote is there but there is no signal. No toothpaste and toothbrush. There is only a bar of soap. There are lizard droppings on the bed. Eww. Just prepare mineral water, water kettle and cup only. When showering, water enters the room.
