Very dissatisfied, bad service, when we arrived at the apartment, we wanted to check in, the apartment said that the room we ordered was full, with the request to move to an apartment, even though we had paid in advance. The apartment arbitrarily told us to refund at that time. The apartment also recommended other apartments that were not strategically located, there was no good faith to meet us directly.
