As per hotel staff at the reception, even though they received e-mail from Expedia to let them know about my reservation, my name was not found in their system. Thus, I was rejected to stay. In addition, I have not received any information about refunding.

Beautiful heritage building converted to a hotel, very modern & classic feel for a converted building. The room was quite nice, the bathroom however could have been more clean alongside the shower, not sure if they sanitize of deep clean this. Other than that, the location is quite good and close by to breakfast eateries and evening food stalls

Great price, central location just a couple blocks from attractions. Very kind staff. Clean, nice modern room. Only thing is TV only had 2 channels I could watch and one only had sports
