Guests must transfer via airplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. A transfer by seaplane or domestic aircraft is required to reach this property (surcharge). Please note that flight times for seaplanes are restricted to between 6 AM and 3 PM only so guests must plan accordingly. Guests must provide their flight details and arrange transfers at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Luggage restrictions apply. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
