The hotel needs to upgrade old towels and bed sheets.

El servicio muy bueno , el desayuno muy bueno, los cuartos cómodos y limpios

Pros: Great area near good eats and the service was good. Cons: Water never got hot and door slamming sounds were heard all morning.

Necesitan checar los aparatos de aire. El servicio en el restaurante en la hora de desayunos es malo.

Power outlet wasn’t working and restroom had a water leak we reported to front desk but it never got fixed

Great hotel and staff are superior. Our car broke down and one of the hotel staff came down to the parking lot to help us resolve. Cost him a few hours of his time but he did it all with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Nos quedamos en ese hotel por confianza seguridad y descanso la noche del viernes en el piso 3 les rentaron a estudiantes varios cuartos en lugar de ponerlos separados en diferentes pisos y tenían fiesta tuve que hablar a recepción para q los callen y la fiesta siguió fue una noche muy desagradable, y no descansamos nada y para eso fuimos, si van a rentar a gente joven no renten en los mismos pisos al parecer no hay reglas o nadie ve las cámaras

Had an amazing stay

Excellent location and clean room. However, the room was on the first floor, facing the ducts and machines from the ventilation system. These machines block the view from the window and are very noisy (all night).

This hotel is very modern, clean, new, BUT YOU CANNOT REST. FIRST MORNING. the cleaning lady knocks in EVERY room multiple times very hard and yells “LAVANDERIA” at 7 am on a Saturday. Of course I complained, they said that they don’t do it in rooms that have the do not disturb sign. But it wakes you up anyways. After that, every single person that closed their door, can be heard it slams very hard, and the room seems tonhave ultra thin doors. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The same, the noise in the hallway, can be very much heard in my room. Phone conversations, people greeting others, people telling someone else to hurry, or see you in the elevator. It seems like they are doing it inside your room. Saturday night, there was a wedding on the rooftop, so drunk people where all night and dawn stumbling on the halls shouting, no security whatsoever. The location is excellent, it could have been the perfect hotel, but the noise, and the slamming doors, I heard the telephone conversations, from the people netx to my room and also of two people that stepped outside their room. As id they, were sitting next to me. Stay there if you are the kind of person that sleeps through everything. If not I simply do not recommend, eve if it has one of the best locations in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Monterrey, NL

The hotel smells a little awkward , it has a great terrace in wich a pool or jacuzzi would be great! That is the only thing missing ! The rest of the propriety is wonderful.
