Impressive resort

very nice accommodations fairly remote accessible via Uber or taxi. Staff was lovely. Food was good and very daily would have liked more restaurant options and more entertainment during the week however, overall very nice relaxing exclusive location will definitely visit again.

The property itself is beautiful, the staff is nice and friendly. There a false advertisement. It's advertised as adults only, but it's not. They claimed it changes all to family, but no one informed us. All the guests were complaining about the same issue

It was an Amazing property! Everyone was super friendly. The resort felt safe and that was my biggest concerns. It was all inclusive and the food was very good! I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Has small resort feel which is good and bad at times. Pools are beautiful with amazing views, not overly crowded. Not a lot to do in the evenings and a 30-45 minute Uber to any city. The nightly events at the resort seemed to be lightly attended by 15-20 people max, sometimes less. Pretty limited restaurants for dinner. Only 2 you make reservations for and 1 you can just show up (The Blend). The buffet only has dinner on Saturday, just breakfast and lunch otherwise. Can always get room service for meals. Property was very clean and well maintained, staff is very friendly and ready to bring you anything needed. Average guest age was 50 if I had to guess. One thing we didn't like was the pushy sales pitch when you first get there. Haven't even seen anything but a lobby and they were very pushy for us to sit through a sales presentation about membership. Would not take no for an answer. This process could be improved. Beach is pretty and allows for long walks. Felt very safe but my Airpods did go missing from our pool bag on the last day when our bag was unattended (maybe when we were at the swim up bar or beach) which was pretty disappointing. I did leave an honest and fair review upon arrival about my check-in experience and the personally found me at the pool to apologize and make it right. Sent a bottle of wine, chocolate strawberries and hand written note which was very much appreciated and above and beyond. I would recommend this resort.

Beautiful property! Small and quaint with a fabulous walking beach. Food and drinks were delicious. Yoga Step was awesome. Loved the main infinity pool and watching the whales jump.

Good - Beautiful resort with very welcoming staff. The views were gorgeous and the rooms met our expectations. Bad - Access to hydrotherapy was an extreme extra cost. Access to hot tub/jacuzzis were extremely expensive, there are no others on the resort to use if you are not a member. The store is expensive, with no other options close by they inflate the prices of everything to take advantage of this. Timeshare/Membership is a nuisance. We did accept the presentation for some free massages (price per massage at the resort is $189 US was the cheapest one). As soon as we declined for the third time there tone completely changed, horrible sales people. Limited food options. For dinner there are a couple places to eat but only one place rotates there menu (there is only 2 options though).

Great property

Our accommodation in the one-bedroom suite with partial ocean view was amazing, in a super convenient location within the property but also with enough privacy. The service from all the staff was exceptional. We will definitely return there again.

There is not many lounge chairs by the main pool. The food was just okay. I left something that has sentimental value in our hotel room. I phoned a couple of days after we checked out to see if it was found, I am still waiting for a call from lost and found.

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms - our 1 br suite had two full bathrooms, which was amazing! Loved the 2 mile stretch of walkable beach at our footsteps. Infinity pool was heavenly with so many whales! Food was great. Service was wonderful. Loved it all!

The property was beautiful and inedible clean. I loved the pools and beach access. I didn’t understand why I always had to provide my room number, sign a check and leave a tip if I was staying at an all-inclusive resort and was wearing a wristband to show what I had already paid for. I didn’t like being convinced to sign up for a time share talk in the first 30 minutes of arriving. The staff acted Like they were going out of their way to provide extra services for us, but the truth is that we were put in a room with two double beds when we reserved a room with a king bed, the room didn’t have the beach bag that they said every guest could use during their stay, there were limited options for dinner, and I felt like I always had to tip the staff for whatever they did. I also felt the restaurant staff at each place we ate was understaffed and we waited quite a time to be served or even given menus.

Beautiful lush tropical grounds, and our king suite was large, well appointed and very comfortable with an excellent ocean view (which of course we paid for). Upon check in, be aware they’ll try to book you for the standard “timeshare” presentation. In addition, our tower 4, 2nd floor room was right across from a major construction improvement, which I only wish we’d have been made aware of, as it made siesta quiet nap afternoons impossible. I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only ones to point out that the main pool loungers are woefully inadequate, leaving more spots for “member owners” only. The daily buffet selection and staff were top notch, as well as the two reservation-only dinner restaurants. This place is truly a paradise, with a wonderfully walkable shoreline and beach location.

Loved the twice daily yoga classes, the infinity pool, beach, buffet breakfasts, full ocean view king suite. Didn't like the lack of nightly entertainment, no night club, the buffet was closed on most nights, the lack of dairy free choices on the restaurant menus as most items contained cheese, didn't like all the up charges on the menus. There should be more cardio fitness classes such as Step & Zumba. The one line dancing class was canceled. The ice bath challenge was unsanitary, using the same bath water for every participant. ,
