The receptionists opened the door and opened the security-locked main door. She showed all the facilities check-in and out times. Soon after, she showed me the room. Big, spacious room but not AC; there is a fan that helps for the hot sunny days that Mexico City offers. The bed was comfortable, the fan helps to cool down while sleeping, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. What I liked the most about this hotel was the location (Zocalo area) and the friendly laddie receptionist, cleaning, and in charge of the breakfast morning cooking and display. There are other employees, but she decently gives the Mexican fiendly welcome and goodbye to guests. I can remember her name. Please, she is a keeper. If you don't mind that the rooms do not have AC, this is a great place to stay.

I booked an all inclusive hotel airfare package and received Hostel accommodations. The picture I saw definitely are deceiving. The room was tiny - NO AIR-CONDITIONING (temp in the room were never under 83 degrees - no amenities besides a small round bath sope & body wash & shampoo dispensers that were just about empty - No reception - Front Door is always locked - a key is given to each guest - We arrived at 4am and had to ring a doorbell a few times before a guy opened the door and told us we had to wait till 3pm for our room, so we tried to sleep in the living room area and make time. I will never stay there again and I am beyond disappointed by the “Hotel “ which Expedia depicted as a 4.8 stars and it was a HOSTEL !

The breakfasts were a wonderful place to meet and befriend new people. Everything was perfect. Quiet despite the vibrancy of neighbourhood. Will come back for sure and tell our friends.

The property is centrally located and it's quick and easy to get to most tourist destinations located nearby. It's also a quiet and clear place to stay. However, the bed was not the most comfortable (was too hard for me) and the shower head was hanging on by a thread and gave out no hot water.

The rooms are big and spacey( is that even a word?) Anyway, location is great, close to public transportation, a LOT of places to eat a couple blocks from zocalo and walking distance from alameda. Rooms are clean and area is quiet. Beds are comfortable and as a avid water drinker, they have a water dispenser! Enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!

When we saw the room, we decided not stay in the hotel. The bed so small and dirty. Definitely we do not recommend this hotel

The accomodations were very good and appropriate for the price. Doors open to an open air courtyard so in winter time it is cold in the lobby and breakfast area.
Noise of other guests could be controlled better but that is not so much a hotel issue as it is a guest issue.
