This resort was beautiful! The check in process was easy and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was clean and we had an oceanfront view which was just amazing! I have already recommended this to friends visiting soon!

Just got back from Corazón Resort in Cabo, and wow… it was everything! This was my second time staying here and somehow it just keeps getting better. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless, the food is delicious, and the amenities? Top-tier. But what truly makes this place stand out is the service it’s next level. Everyone makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best time.
Huge shoutout to Victoria for the warm welcome, and to Karina for the awesome hotel tour, she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Then we met Mike (aka the man!) who gave us an incredible deal… we’re members now! Also want to send love to Angel, Miguel, Julio, and Salvador from the beach club, they were simply the best.
I seriously didn’t want to leave. One of the best vacations I’ve had yet! already counting the days until I go back!

The property was very nice, 2 infinity pools. I stayed in a the suite with the hot tub and it was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the time share offer forced upon us before they took us to out room.

The sales time share person that hits you up when you walk in to a fantastic property just ruined my stay at a beautiful hotel. They don’t understand no for an answer. I won’t be back because of it. Such a shame because the staff and property is awesome

This hotel is beautiful, there are many restaurants nearby on the beach. I wish I can give it 5 star review because it really is breathtaking and the staff/service was great. But the food at the hotel…. It was not good and for it not to be an all inclusive this really sucked. So that’s why I give it overall 3 stars because the food is a big deal breaker for me.

Disappointing Experience at Corazón Cabo – Not Worth the Price
My stay at Corazón Cabo was unfortunately not what I expected from a resort of this caliber. The room had several maintenance issues — the shower flooded every time we used it, the vanity lights were broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. These problems were never resolved during our stay.
On our last day, a staff member told us we had to pay $50 to use the lounge chairs. When we explained we were hotel guests, he responded, “If you sit down, I’ll make sure to stand you up.” It felt confrontational and completely inappropriate. When we later asked for his name to report the interaction, he covered his name tag and walked away.
This behavior, combined with the room issues and lack of accountability, made the experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. We attempted to get a refund through Expedia, but the property declined. For the price we paid, this stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t return or recommend Corazón Cabo.

I paid for an infinity ocean view but they gave me a room with partial ocean view at best. See the picture attached for a view from my room. Complete misrepresentation from their website. When I complained, they told me the hotel call this room ocean view infinity and there’s nothing they can do about it. Suggestion to hotel management: Change the category of these rooms to partial view.

Property is great for Spring breakers/party goers/adult couples - Not a place for families. Water was brown/discolored and an entire tower had no water for hours which felt like a big safety issue. It was very difficult to change reservations to another hotel and the staff was not very accommodating. I feel that there are way better options available in this price range. Food at the brewing Co. was average at best. Lots of room for improvement.
