Love the place, food options were great, employees are extremely nice and friendly, can’t wait to go back.

Everything was really good but something that didn't bother me a lot is that they constantly runout of ice or cool drinks and been on a beach without that it's awful.

I liked all the pools they had. The beach club was ok and had to take a shuttle to get there. They had golf carts that would take us to different parts of hotel... the problem was you had to wait for them to get you and some of the drivers were rude. Some of the staff was very nice though. Overall we had fun because we spent time with the family rude! takusdifferent

Wonderful place to stay.

First, the property is located in a beautiful area, and the staff was friendly. This property isn't a real all-inclusive! Food selection is very limited, with one restaurant open after 4 PM, and it is the buffet with very poor options. The Japanese restaurant only has three things to choose from. The adult-only swimming pool has no bartender. The property is located on a hill, and we were in tower 6, which is away from everything, and we had to wait for a golf cart to pick us up for up to 20 minutes. I could never recommend this property to anyone.

Great place to stay

Staff was amazing. Food was really good, just wish they had more options for breakfast. Drinks were good, the ones at the lobby bar and the one next to the Japanese restaurant were the best. Japanese restaurant was great. I overall loved the property, it was really relaxing and felt more in nature. The beach club wasn’t too far, just wish they had more beach chairs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would really recommend

We came here on our honeymoon because it looked secluded and quiet. It was very quiet during the week and we enjoyed staying in the various pools it was very relaxing. It is very busy on the weekends due to locals. Only major downfall for this resort is the lack of restaurants. There is only one buffet and one Japanese restaurant. The buffet was mediocre at best and plenty of days we didn’t eat most on our plate. The Japanese restaurant was good, snack bar at the pool was good but need another restaurant for sure. The drinks were okay, better at the sports bar. Expect to do a LOT of walking. Especially if you are staying in the older side of the resort it is very far walk and then uphill to get back. There are good carts but we didn’t want to wait for them every time. There is also a second part of the resort farther away tower 6 which they don’t tell you about which has a nicer pool, view and breakfast buffet, seems like that side is way better taken care of. They did do a nice honeymoon arrangement on the bed and staff were nice. We still had a relaxing time but due to the restaurants and walking we won’t be back.

I love how everyone was extremely helpful with everything. This was the first time I traveled alone and had no idea what I was doing but all I did was asked questions when I was lost or confused and was able to get the answers I needed to enjoy my stay/trip. I would 1000% recommend staying her and am definitely returning!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delta Riviera hotel in Puerto Vallarta with my group of 7, celebrating 4 birthdays. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways! The pools were stunning, with crystal-clear waters and impeccable maintenance. The staff was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The bellboys Jorge Gerardo (Jerry), Erick Ramirez, and Wendy from the Zafiro Tower, especially the coffee lady, were all standout team members - and many more that I couldn't remember their names, but the staff was awesome! We loved the hotel's layout, with different areas and activities to explore. It was perfect for our group, with something for everyone. Although we wished for a club with a DJ and lights, the hotel's calm atmosphere was a great fit for our family's relaxation. The 24/7 grocery and free food were fantastic perks! The hotel's amenities and services made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, I highly recommend the Delta Riviera hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing, well-appointed stay in Puerto Vallarta. 🌴👍"

The hotel is absolutely beautiful—perfect for a honeymoon or a romantic couple’s getaway. However, if you're a young couple or a group looking for a vibrant nightlife experience, it’s worth noting that the hotel is about a 20–30 minute drive from the heart of Puerto Vallarta, where most of the nightlife takes place. That said, I truly loved my stay here. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating. The food was good, especially by hotel standards. Still, I’d recommend venturing into town for a more authentic Mexican cuisine experience.

The series of pools are fabulous. Pretty setting. The food choices are limited. The staff is very nice. Nahum ( the bartender) was especially good. Very friendly and good at his job! The hibachi was pretty disappointing. It would've been much better if the food was seasoned up a little bit and used butter instead of some substitute. We usually really like this kind of restaurant. Not this one.

Beautiful views . Beautiful resort . friendly staff . but the rooms were not what we expected. our bedroom sheets were stain and were not changed daily . the room was a bit dirty when we first checked in.

I mostly liked how staff was so present and friendly at the hotel. I did not like the discourtiness shown to sister property goers . I had family members told that they could not wait for an Uber ride from the front area. Not friendly at all.

I visited solo to treat myself for Mother’s Day. I had such a relaxing time. I felt safe and so welcomed. My entire stay I was assisted by the hotel staff who do an amazing job! Food was great & there is a lot of areas to explore and go depending on what vibe you’d like. Special thanks to Manuel at the front who made my stay so special from beginning to end! I will be returning with my family this time very soon. Thank you!!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was better than I was anticipating. The pools were amazing, and the property was quiet and green and lush. I really enjoyed our stay.
