Beautiful property with great food and activities for all ages. The spa was also lovely.

Great staff, great food, nice pools and great service. Downside was the beach was full of the seaweeds where the resort next to us had a barrier to control it. Also the amount of weddings where they close out the areas from the pools was a bit much. 5 out of the 7 days here there was a wedding.

There was a lot of seaweed, food was mediocre, service was basic, and there was no air conditioned place too cool off so you would be sweating during breakfast lunch dinner or at night lounges. The lazy river and kids water slides were good. The included items and amenities worth the price.

Loved the tropical ambiance. Property is huge so be prepared to walk a lot. Furniture in rooms could be updated or refreshed, rather worn out with damage to them. As with most all inclusive resorts, good was mediocre.

Loved the preferred options the concierge and overall everyone was helpful and pleasant

Super nice hotel. We got the one with the jacuzzi on the balcony. The food was great. We like alll the family interaction. They have so much to do for the kiddos! The lazy river and the water slides were so much fun. I recommend 10 out to 10

70% great service from the people you expected less on the other hand front desk was terrible no one had answers for most of my problems the more focused on sales members ships to taking care r needs definitely no recommend and no comeback too this property sorry for Dreams

Great family friendly resort. Staff was amazing and kept the whole day interesting. Very low/no mosquitos or insects seen on the property. The variety of activities were safely run and enjoyable. I would recommend this for a family that isn’t looking to leave a resort.

Excellent

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We had one waiter Erick he was the best. The rooms and grounds were kept immaculate, despite the rude guests who left garbage wherever they went. Disappointed with pool area, towels were put on chairs before 7:00 a.m. and despite notice after 30 minutes they would be removed, this didn’t happen… Children enjoyed the water slide and lazy river some in our party tried the zip line. Evening shows were very entertaining. A little disappointed with the steak house, first time we ate there it was amazing so we decided to go a second time and the steaks were not the same. ☹️ Resort is dated and could use some sprucing up. Just a note for anyone who is planning to bring something into Mexico I purchased cigarettes at the duty-free shop and when I got to Mexico, I was told I had to pay an additional $50 for bringing the cigarettes in. When I looked at my credit card bill I was charged $347! Beware.

First, every staff member was amazing! They were all very professional and helpful. The pool chair situation is terrible. They would clear huge sections for private events when there were already too few chairs. People would go down before the pool opened and hold a lot of chairs and then not come down for hours. There were signs saying after 30 minutes the towels would be removed but that never happened. The beach was not useable during our stay (no fault of the resort) due to seaweed (which stunk horribly) and alligators. The food was decent but honestly could be better. The wait staff were all great. Ask for Erik! Rooms were clean but could use new furniture. The chairs and couch need to be replaced. You can tell they tried to clean them but they were stained. The evening entertainment was good. The saxophone and violin musicians were spectacular. Overall I would give the resort a B.

We will definitely be coming back, everything and all the staff go above and beyond. If anything my only concern is the rooms A/c. Other than that, Thank You For Making a Memorable trip for the Martinez Family!

Not much to do.

Food ok Entertainment ok Cleanliness- very dirty, stains all over, staff doesn’t under when you ask to clean a specific area. Furniture outdated, some almost falling apart. Bathroom ok, for a 1 star hotel. Too bad we paid top dollar received 3 star experience. Kids will enjoy the water slides and zip line Staff very accommodating but they cannot change the hotel condition. Decided not to upload photos to not to kill the business completely.

We stayed for total of 8 nights. First room when we arrived- sofabed was dirty but they changed our room on the next day. Concierge is excellent, Angel did welcome us very well. Served with welcome drinks (white sparkling wine). We are all very tired from the long flight, did not wait too long for our room. Waited about less than an hour. Food:Food is satisfactory. Some are dry (salmon and roast beef was dry. Some food is bland. Less appetizing. My kids got sick for the first 2 nights-nausea and vomiting. Either from food/water or indigesting pool water.Multifactoral reason. But kids enjoy the coco caffe. Great and delicious Mexican and Italian Restaurant. Staff is courteous. Facility: Rooms are clean enough. We had daily housekeeping filling out the towels, soaps and fridge contents. Housekeeping staff keeps our room daily. Great room service for first few days but the last 3 days not so good. Room service complains that we ordered too much- despite of having 6 people in the room. They don’t cater or even give out bags for the food to take out (if you are going for excursion) we have young kids and they needed snacks to go. Room service or restaurant does not allow take out bags however you can get snacks from Coco Cafe. Water slide is awesome and great for the kids. We did not had a chance to do the zipline and adult waterslide. Busy hotel- they always have activities b it respect quiet time at night. They stop any activities after midnight. The hotel and staff were great. Everything was so clean and well looked after. We really enjoyed our holiday, however after 1 week our holiday was then disrupted daily for wedding's (one per day for our 2nd week) where the main infinity pool would be blocked off all day despite the wedding's not starting until 6pm. Even worse than this was a massive event (which we were told was for the travel sales staff of hyatt) which completely took over the hotel; both the infinity and kids pool was taken over by walkeays being constructed across them. The beach wasnt accessible to guests, some restaurants closed plus on one day there was a pool party with a DJ, with food and drink stalls in the pool area. The BBQ smoke blew across the kids pool, the DJ was horribly loud, as guests we were told we couldnt walk through or make use of anything on offer. None of this we were given prior warning of either, or an apology or compensation, soo disappointed as This really did ruin the end of our holiday.

I took my 9 and 12 year old kids alone and wanted a smaller resort so i felt safe with them going off by themselves a bit. This resort was perfect for that. The food was good and had options even for a picky eater. Definitely would go back again!

It was such a quick stay and I mainly just rested. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The staff professionalism and beauty of the resort is enough for me to revisit so that I can provide a proper review.
