El cuarto a pesar de ser para estancias largas está muy básico. Al igual, no funcionaba la caldera del hotel, por lo tanto no había agua caliente para bañarse. No nos volveremos a quedar aquí.

There were no towels except a dirty floor towel, no hot water, a dirty sink area, the sink was clogged, water escaped from below the sink and smelled like sewer water. Air escaped from the shower and smelled like sewer water and the building smelled like a gas leak. You can hear every noise through the doors and into other rooms even downstairs in reception. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The room was dirty and without basic function. I spoke with an employee who said a manager would call me but never called. No refund. No apology.

El área de regadera tenían por lo menos 4 desecho de jabones de huéspedes anteriores lo que quiere decir que no limpian , solo dos toallas de baño y eso que pagamos por 4 adultos el cuarto

El cuarto olía demasiado a canela, al punto de que mi esposa no pudo dormir y le empezó a doler la cabeza del olor.
La regadera tenía tapada la coladera y el agua se salió al punto de que se salió el agua del baño e inundó el cuarto hasta el area de la cama
