Overall we like this property. Beach access and the size is great! We don’t love the massive resorts and this one is perfect! Our kids love to bounce between beach & pool.

It would’ve been 5 stars straight across but they are doing some construction and remodel. 1 restaurant was erected by it. They will be through in a month or so.

really loved this experience. the worker de dios made the experience really amazing and front desk really tried their best to make this experience the best. food was also good. 10/10

The staff is very friendly. They are hard working. The building seems to have been under water. you can smell the humidity all over. There is also a strong sewer smell i the hallways.

We would never return to this resort. The staff was so unprofessional and they threatened us and even threatened to call the police on us and have us arrested because we didn’t agree with their dress code and instead of telling us to go change they wanted to make it a bigger issue and call the police. The dress code rule we didn’t know about was that you cannot wear sandals to dinner. The manager was having a power battle and got a bunch of staff and the hotel security to come talk to us over us wearing sandals. The managers name is Maria escalante.

My family and I all loved the GR Solaris we had an amazing time while there the entertainment was so good, dancers singers all, the staff is fantastic from the reception to the pool the spa unfortunately was broken the steam room maybe next time. There as many things to do with family and friends games, pool, beach, buffet it was the perfect spring break for us. Perfect location

The performers where amazing, the walls between the rooms are quite thin tho, you can hear people snoring or doing the dirty, however this resort is overall a very good option for the price.

As this is an al exclusive resort. I offered a few dollars to make a drink for my wife. But for the first time ever being to lots of resorts I have never been so humiliated when the main bartender asked me to pay more dollars. If he is doing this to me how many others is he doing this too. My wife and I were both in disbelief as to him asking us for more money as I tip all the time usually generously. This guy made us feel so uncomfortable for the rest of the trip as this is the only lounge bar at night which we did enjoy hanging out in until this happened. Not cool not impressed at all.
