Rooms are top notch. The service is impeccable. All staff are extremely nice and helpful.

The staff are amazing and very attentive. The property is beautiful. Great pools and activities. Most of the dining was good. Everything you could ask for from an all inclusive resort and then some!

Buffet had limited options

I have stayed at Haven Riviera twice now. Two years in a row. Both were very different experiences. I stayed for a week in the month of July both times. The first time I stayed there, last year, I stayed in the Romance swim-out jr. Suite. I loved everything about it. I loved the room layout. I felt it was very spacious. It has a rainfall shower with a glass wall to the bedroom. Plus the shower itself is just huge. The swim-out was amazing and the waitress came around very often with drinks. The room itself was very centrally located. The second time I stayed there, this year, I started off in a garden view swim-out jr. Suite. This is a much smaller suite. The swim-out has a lovely tropical backdrop where you can watch small lizards crawl on trees. Unfortunately, no waitresses or waiters can bring drinks poolside. So I asked to switch to a different room and that was not possible. On day 3 of 7 of my vacation I decided just to upgrade to their Serenity Club. My new room was an Ocean front Serenity club swim-out jr. Suite. This room was the exact same as the last though. The view was amazing. I especially liked the location of this room. I was in building 5. Drink service at the swim-out was great. Now to compare the stays. Last year, I honestly have zero complaints. This year, I have a few. While I was there a few restaurants where closed for a few days.

Second time coming here first time was amazing. Now it’s pretty rough facility was in poor condition food wasn’t worth it. We tried to see if we could door dash to be honest. Just wasn’t worth the money and was a waste.

Something I didn't like about the s that at the time of checking in at the haven hotel was that they charged me a tax

The staff are wonderful. Moises is the best server there was!! We enjoyed all the kind people, as well as the maid service and kindness from everyone.

Loved it. Food was pretty solid overall, loved the steakhouse & coffee shop. Pools were great...1 relaxed & 1 more upbeat. Swim out room was amazing. Staff was all friendly.

The atmosphere was wonderfully vibrant, filled with a lively energy that made every moment feel special. The property itself was absolutely stunning, boasting exquisite architecture and lush landscaping that took my breath away. The staff were not only kind and courteous but also genuinely attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a warm smile. The food was a culinary delight, bursting with flavors that tantalized the taste buds and left us craving more. Overall, this trip was an unforgettable experience, leaving us with cherished memories and a longing to return!

Food and bedding was amazing

Had the best week at Haven celebrating our anniversary! Since we let them know ahead of time we were celebrating our anniversary they had a celebratory sign on our door which we loved. Overall it was a great week. This resort is off the beaten path but we didn't mind as we made the decision not to leave the property. It's only 15-20 minutes from the airport which made our travel day more convenient. So we loved the two pool options. Main pool (where all the fun was) or the round pool if we just wanted to relax. Satsu was our favorite restaurant and definitely do the Teppenyaki if you can! We loved all the main pool wait staff! Moses and Paloma were great! Attentive even when it was busy. Loved the coffee shop too! They use an actual espresso machine which we were impressed by. We also loved all the activities available throughout the day. Pepe and Cristina were a lot of fun. Pepe especially made the nightlife at Moons fun. We give it a 4/5 mainly because the room we were in could use a little refresh. Just clean the showers better and fix a few broken fixtures (that my husband fixed). And the food buffet could be better. Alternating different foods everyday would be nice. But everyday was the same. Overall though we loved!

Bed was super comfy, food was nothing to write home about, but it kept us fed so we’ll take it! Staff was amazing and accommodating.

Everything was great! I just wished there was more food options. The food wasn’t great in the buffet and that really your only option for breakfast.

It was okay, food lacked a lot ( low quality and less selection) and the night life was dry
