i like the food was good different options r always welcome also workers they were kind and polite with us I didn't like the warm water in the pool , the environment is too quiet they need to play some music or make more activities to have fun unfortunately beach was dirty I know bad season

It’s a good family resort. I went with friends and kids and we were able to enjoy the bars, the restaurants. The rooms were hot, even after they put the temperature down. (You do not have access to manage your room AC, you need to call the front desk for them to adjust it). The staff were incredible, super attentive!!! We enjoyed the buffet the most and the main pool with the swim up bar.

The resort overall was beautiful. Food was not good. As a visitor coming to taste authentic Mexican food this was not it. They would serve drinks to you warm, especially water when it’s hot as hell is not a good idea either. The pools and waterparks were nice for my kids. I had an issue with my AC in my room and they kept telling me to make sure the doors were closed in the room and they were. Everyday I slept without blankets and a fan I bought for my baby. They try to sell you with the time share thing and they kept calling my mom while we were relaxing. I probably wouldn’t recommend this resort or come back. The food and drinks need a big upgrade.

The staff were friendly and the food and room were excellent. The beach is not that great, however.

This is probably the worst stay we've ever experienced. I personally have been to Cancun over 10 times and stayed at different resorts both family and adults only. By far, this is the worst one. I did not personally research or choose to stay at this resorts. Our family just went along with our big family of 20 people total. Why did I say the worst? Upon arriving and checking in, there was no welcome drinks. At checking in counter, it was completely empty, so we divided our party up to 2 counters to check in. I personally asked to have our family and another family of 2 older adults to stay closed to each other since it's their first time and it's a big resorts. They don't feel comfortable staying at different level or far away. They couldn't accommodate that because it's fully booked. Only 1 room with a King bed was available for our family ONLY. I doubted. Through out our whole stay of 5 days 4 nights, we ate mainly at the buffet because we couldn't make any reservations at other restaurants. We had 1 dinner at the steak house but steaks were super dry and salty, so we went back to buffet. We tried to book the Italian restaurant, Oh my god, 2 nights straight we had to leave and go to the buffet again. If you sat the guests down at 8:30pm closed to 9pm, and took 30 mins and still didn't take our orders. By that time we had to get up and leave. Never again! The beach during this season is the worst. Seaweed all over and strong waves. We couldn't swim at all.

This was a great place to stay with our teenager sons. The buffet was different every night for dinner and the different restaurants you could eat at on the property were amazing too. The beach access was wonderful and getting an Uber was easy as well.

This is a great resort for families and couples. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, excellent buffet with lots of variety, a nice beach that's well cared for. Overall a great place.

The resort is very dated. Staff was very friendly. Typical resort watered down drinks and average/bland food. Not a terrible stay by any means, just an average resort.

First time at an all inclusive so it’s hard to compare. All in all great spot and we would definitely come back.

In general, we enjoyed the resort. Don’t let Expedia fool you, the resort credit is a joke. We got the premium ocean view with a balcony. It was more of a side ocean view with a balcony but was still really nice. We came here to check it out and see if we should bring our kids. This resort would be good for kids because away from the main pool/bar is a “water park” the kids would be able to play and swim in. Overall, the staff was amazing. I was surprised how much other people weren’t tipping compared to other resorts. I would tip the bartender pretty big my first drink and maybe a little something later in the afternoon and they would give me the premium choice of vodka/tequila. DON’T FORGET YOUR YETI/STANLEY. They serve drinks in small plastic cups without straws. But you can hand them your cup and they will fill that up for free. Best snack food is the food truck down near the beach. Get the quesadilla de cochinita. It was phenomenal. The Mexican restaurant was closed, but we tried all the other ones. The breakfast buffet was awesome, for lunch we did the Buffett or food truck (because it was the only thing open and close to the pool), but the best food surprisingly was the American bistro with steak and lobster special. Overall good trip, don’t forget sunscreen or aloe (for pale people like me). The gift shop aloe will cost three kidneys!

All staff were exceptional in all areas but watering down drinks with tequila when you asked for vodka doesn’t work. This happened over and over again to many people. The food and the buffet was good and in the Italian restaurant as well but all other areas were subpar. Low shelf alcohol. Too many other great choices in area.

First of all, we paid for two queen beds which we didn't get. They gave us full beds for a family of four, I was not happy about that. Our room door was jam, it did not closed properly. At one point I went to the room and it was open, after calling them to fix it two times.

1. Checkin/check out was simply efficient and quick! The receptionists are very helpful 2. They had the bellboy delivery your suitcases within 20 mins or less depending how busy it is to your room! 3. The resort itself was beautiful and spacious with good views throughout. 4. Great resort to bring your young kids as young as newborns. My children 2&3 had a blast!! 5. Staff is very helpful polite and helpful to anything you need. Housekeeping were great. 6. 5-6 min walk to CANCUN sign straight down the street! 7. The only thing it lacked was the taste of food. Although they gave a few options in the resort of different types of cuisines, certain things lacked flavor/did not taste as authentic as described even the Mexican food. I feel it lacked flavor in the Italian restaurant La Horma. (Thus 4 stars only)

Such incredible service, pool and bar, food. Exceptional!
