I loved the hotel

Nice place

Our stay was perfect the place is very clean and safe. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

Bathroom in our room didn't work. Manager given very poor explanation. We had to use bathrooms by the office.

I didn't appreciate the dated condition of the rooms as well as the plumbing issues. Toilets did not function propertly and sinks water was but a drip,.

We got locked out. Door Key would not open the door. It required maintenance staff to use their tool to open

Bathroom dirty,towels old and holes on them sheets dirty, no hear dryer, no iron and iron board and the food at the restaurant terrible

No hot water for two days, one day the room wasn't cleaned at all, another day they didn't leave bath towels and didn't sweep the floor and the Wi-Fi signal was in and out

This property is beautiful and in a very good location. The restaurant has very excellent food, but the service could be better. The property is old, but functional, my issue is that the towels were falling apart, closets without hangers, and dirt on the hair dryer holder. The toilet had a leak, so water was being wasted. When I pointed out that the smoke detector was missing, they said it was not a big deal and never installed one. For the price, it is a nice hotel to stay, but they can improve on the aforementioned issues.

The hotel is very nice with one with nature. But the room are old and very beat up. The service was good and quick. But the rooms where out dated. The bed sheets where dirty when be got there and we let them know and they quickly change them. During the night the ac turn on by it self and would not turn off and they sent the maintenance personal quickly to fix it... We were bitten my a bug during the night felt it was bed bugs but could not find it.

Location, service was great

Hotel was at a good location and very accessible to Salon Luxemburg where our venue was at but room was not as expected. Had more of a motel feel than a hotel. Staff was very nice though so made the stay pleasant.

Llegar al hotel Los Tres Rios es muy facil, se encuentra en buena zona y conveniente ya sea para entrar o salir de la ciudad si es que vaz de paso. El personal necesita entrenamiento hacerca del servicio a clientes, no es muy amable y sus respuestas son agresivas, tuvimos que llamar mas de una vez a la recepcion para que enviaran a un tecnico a que restableciera el televisor ya que este mostraba no señal disponible. En el restaurant las meseras se ocupaban mas de saber hacerca de las posadas que en recibirnos en la recepcion y atendernos en las mesas, el restaurant se lleno de pronto y para tener una segunda taza de cafe y un baso con agua demoraron mas de 10 minutos. Una clienta en la mesa de al lado se quejo de no tener pan en su mesa y al traerselo tuvo que pedir que le cambiaran la canasta ya que venia pan mordido/partido. A pesar de el hotel no estar muy ocupado, nos asignaron una habitacion hasta el fondo, de las 10 habitaciones en nuestra seccion solo 2 estaban ocupadas, no fue una inconveniencia ya que llevabamos carro pero la caminata al restaurante fue un poco larga y pudimos notar que habia varias habitaciones disponibles. Reservamos este hotel porque nuestros familiares lo recomendaron ampliamente con buenas espectativas sin embargo no vimos nada que superara esas espectativas. La proxima vez que visitemos Culiacan no nos hospedaremos en este hotel para comprobar si el servicio a clientes mejora o es igual en toda la ciudad.

No hot water property needs updated

Nunca me salió agua caliente en los tres dias que estuve hospedada, lo reporte varias veces y nunca me resolvieron nada, la televisión tampoco nunca prendió, lo demás estuvo bien excepto por un día en la mañana que se realizó una boda y empezaron con un ruidajero desde temprano en la mañana y ya no dejaron descansar

Muy comodo, centrico, bonito y barato. Los cuartos un poco viejos pero espaciosos con muy buen aire acondicionado. El restaurant muy rico. Recomendado.

Extremely dirty it looks like they don’t wash the sheets there was booger’s on the wall there was no hot water it just overall looks like it needs a renovation also they lights kept going off and the tv didn’t work

Very nice place to rest, has great patio area

Very close to the more excellent restaurants in Culiacan
