Pros:Resort has nice views and access to the Bay and the Sea and friendly staff.
Cons:Resort needs attention with repairs on exterior doors, electrical outlets, faucets, paint chipping, worn out towels with threads shredded etc.
Daily underserved for towels at the Pool or Spa.
One of the two pools was unkept and not being used because of its condition and forces children and everyone into one pool only with children at the swim up alcohol bar.
Sadly, a pretty place at one time, but not kept up well, not well appointed or updated currently.Not a Resort atmosphere.

They do not do a good briefing on arrival. There are bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for free use by guests. They didn’t say anything. There are two restaurants, different hours. They DESPERATELY need an information sheet; in English if not both languages. Good location and sleeps but would have paddled and biked!

The person who took care of our room was very very professional.
The personal at the breakfast area was able to accommodate every aspect that we ask
I can only say only one bad thing about this hotel was the front desk needs more attention since they have a lack of personal, especially when you right other than that, it was a comfortable hotel

The property needs more staff. We had a group of around 40 and they could not keep up with us at the pool bar. The rooms are were cleaned poorly. Without throwing the Hotel under the bus, there was some stuff found in one of the rooms as if no one had entered the room in years. Some sheets were dirty as well. The area is nice and quiet. Local restaurants at walking distance. Nice golf course.

The property it self has seen better days but I love the location the beach it’s beautiful and the rooms are decent the little area Nopoló it’s quiet and cute…. I will come back because the location it’s awesome and quiet .
