The hotel is nice. Close to the US consulate..good breakfast.. great service room persons... But the reception room doesn't have oir conditioning.. overall it's good hotel..

Positive reviews: beds are very comfortable. Personal is friendly. We had to prolong our stay and they were very helpful. Cleaning service is very nice and friendly. Room and bathroom are good size. Very close(walking distance) to American consulate and plaza. Free breakfast. In overall, good and safe place to stay.
Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Overall it was an okay stay. Breakfast is good, you just have to get there early in order to get a table, the staff was nice, only thing I couldn’t stand was the stank all over the hallway and inside room. It was a funky smell I’m not sure if it was the carpet but OMGGGGG horrible.

The hotel needs to be upgraded everything about it needs a make over also it’s very dark the outside lights don’t work there needs to be more lighting. Hotel is falling apart. The only good thing I got to say is s that the staff for suburb, very professional & humble.
