The property is a little older. My only complaint about my room is that I wish I had a walkout balcony but I did have a panoramic view stayed on the fourth floor. Property has a restaurant, a small store and a laundromat. Staff was very friendly. Beach was very clean. Had a lifeguard small convenience store across the street. Two really good restaurants across the street more towards the North end of the hotel zone area but overall 8 and 1/2 out of 10 definitely will be going back. Maybe getting a bigger unit with a full kitchen and a larger balcony

We had a great 10 days - staff was great and having a store, laundry, and restaurant on site was convenient. unit needed a better stocked kitchen with a toaster and flipper for eggs. more pots and pans. better selecting of plates bowls and utensils. building is showing its age but everything worked and lots of hot water. a bit of a language barrier but we are in a Spanish speaking country and managed to make out alright. Pool was nice and lots of room on the beach.

Well-located condo.
The security is excellent.
My unit has been updated over the years.
The condo was equipped with cooking essentials and a stovetop.
I had a wonderful week.
Only slight drawback: I couldn't use my safe. It was locked in the closed position. I reported the situation upon my arrival. No one came to resolve the situation.

booked the Ocean View hotel through Expedia, and upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $300 deposit via Stripe if I want the room code. I agreed, thinking it was standard procedure….. But even now, after my stay, I still haven’t received my deposit back yet! I’ve sent several messages and no one replies. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional.
On top of that, the room wasn’t cleaned for four days during my stay. I honestly feel like I was scammed. Be careful if you’re considering this hotel – it does not feel trustworthy at all.

Found out that some rooms are sub let out , hence why the taxi drivers and uber cant find the location as the hotel is actually Cancun Plaza And not sea view apartments
My room 3509 had a door switch on the sliding door , which was so hard to slide open as to it would turn the AC off even if it was for a second, it also switched off at night sometimes .as it was WIFI controlled to save power. THATS BS .
No bottle opener, and water pressure was low
The little bar near was good Nice food but they didn't like taking payment by card.
otherwise, good basic Hotel and nice fast internet
PS no Doona just a sheet and a thin blanket

Pros-ALL staff was attentive and communicative, even before our reservation date. Very helpful. Easy check in. There’s enough parking, small store at main entrance, good pool size, beach access, restaurant on site- with delicious food, and good drinks.
Cons- Needs upgrades, it’s an older building and it definitely shows. I got the room with a separate queen bed on a “loft” but it’s a small space, you can’t stand straight. The ceiling had a huge crack. It has stairs with mini steps, without railing.

The check in process is a little strange. We weren't sure if the keyless entry code we had would continue working our entire stay. Older building but clean and all provisions needed were in the room, towels, soap & shampoo, fridge, dishes, etc. AMAZING VIEW from the balcony and beautiful beach and pool area. Peaceful and serene property. Rooms are not sound proof. Heard our neighbors quite a bit. Food & Bev service is slow, but OK... Speaking spanish was necessary... We would come back, had a great time.
