The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a good restaurant at the hotel. The location was convenient and quiet. There is a grassy area right outside your room if you are traveling with a pet.

We booked this hotel to get away from Hurricane Beryl. Check in was a little cumbersome. Upon arrival, the hotel was bracing for the storm and amenities were limited. Completely understandable. Our first night was fine. The eye of the storm passed over the hotel the next morning and there was a power outage at 9am and did not return. Staff brought fruit and a sandwich to each room, which was nice. We decided to not stay for the second reserved night. Room was non-refundable, which was fine. However, they asked for $300.00 pesos per night for a pet deposit but were not able to refund the pet deposit for the unused night. It was a reasonable request but not honored. Again, not a big deal but I don't think there was really anyone in charge present when we checked out. Felt very secure as the hurricane blew over the top of us. Great layout to escape a storm.

Very nice hotel. Superb breakfast. The rooms are simple, nicely appointed. A/C is cold, and must-have here. At night, there is a bar/restaurant outside with very nice live music. My room faced the garden, and I could not hear a thing, but I am not sure about the rooms facing the street. All in all, great value for money, and - it is dog friendly! There is a resident dog: a beautiful and friendly black labrador.

This hotel is a nice small hotel. The bed was only a double, but for Mexico, it wss very comfortable. The staff sraff were very courteous and accomodating.We would definitely stay here again.

I would gladly stay here again. The front desk guy was super nice and accommodating after there was a mix up with the certain type of room we picked. He gave us recommendations for food and things to do. Room was very nice and I loved the decor.

Pay the extra $ (maybe ten more?) and get a junior suite with a huge balcony and tons of space. Truly a great room! Great character in the room and not as noisy as some colonial boutique hotels can be. Cute little pool, for taking a dip. Good wifi. Breakfast was great and freshly prepared to order, but only offered sweet options. Some yogurt or an egg (they cost literally around 2 pesos each) would have improved it a lot.

Recently built hotel. Modern but with a touch of Yucatan vibe. Good facilities and rooms, beds are a bit small. Good location and easy to park nearby. Shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The on site restaurant and bar provide good quality meals and drinks.
