Hotel Sato

Our stay was impeccable. We loved the property, the location, the amenities and the staff was very friendly. We loved our stay at Hotel Sato!

Everything was closed as it was out of season but even after I contacted staff before my visit no body mentioned this..no pool, spa or restaurant was open (only the buffet) the staff didn't really seem too clued up either local area was dirty with rubbish flowing onto the hotels "private beach which was actually just a public beach....definitely not 4star

I enjoryed it thoroughly. Excellent hotel, great location, and perfect for the break I needed.

We were picked up from the airport via the hotels shuttle service. The gentleman (driver) was very kind. Check-in was smooth, the staff were all very nice and professional. The hotel was lovely and close to the beach! Loved that we were close to the bus station and train. There were plenty of stores and restaurants near by which were open late. I have never written a review however everything was very nice so I had to!

Do not put your valuable and money inside the safe. I lost $950.00 and my fiance also lost 100.00 Euro inside the safe. Basically this is not a 4 stars hotel. It can be a 3 star hotel.

We booked a double room with double bed but we got a room with two twin beds placed one next to another. It was not very comfortable when I slept with my wife and some times got into gap between beds. Otherwise hotel is very clean and fancy with cheerful personnel.

Eins muss ich hier bemängeln. Es wird damit geworben, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist, ist hier nicht der Fall. Hier wird täglich 10€ verlangt. Ansonsten war alles super, der Strand mit den Hoteleigenen Liegen war 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Schlaflos in Sutomore, Party Zone in direkter Nachbarschaft. Vor 1Uhr war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Personal überfordert, ich hatte den Eindruck das es Ferienjobber waren, sehr unmotiviert!

Hotel located in the center of Sutomore, close to railway and bus station. Room was clean and basically equipped. Lack of shampoo in bathroom, only liquid soap in distributors on the wall. The breakfasts very poor, nothing sweet and after 9p.m. we had to ask waiters to get a plate, knife and fork. If you wand to eat the breakfast in this hotel you must get up early. The receptionist offered us also dinner but after the first breakfast we choosed another restaurant, there are many cheap and really very good in nearby.

Das Hotel ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Leider war das Hotel noch nicht mit den Vorbereitungen für die Saison fertig. Aber man hat sich sehr bemüht.

Acceuil excellent. Plage privée qui est trés agréable Attention quand on loue demander pas côté route car très désagréable.

Bra hotell, bra frukost, bra läge. Mycket bra med hotellets egna strandområde, mycket trångt på allmänna. Mycket hög musik fram till kl 01.00 från flera restauranger kan störa. Medtag öronproppar!

Personnel d'accueil et des chambres compétent, professionnel. Tentative de répondre au mieux pour satisfaire (changement de chambre pour avoir 2 lits). Prix attrayants au service du café-restaurant, bon service. Plaisir d'être au calme au bar de l'hôtel comparativement au vacarme de la rue. Terrasse très plaisante. Piscine plutôt petite au vu du nombre de clients. Les côtés négatifs : au 4ème étage : pas de WIFI dans la chambre; lieu pas discret pour recevoir un massage : lieu de passage d'autres membres du personnel et accessible aussi aux clients : pas de note : "ne pas déranger, massage en cours" + le fait que nous avons demandé 2 massages différents et qu'ils étaient vraisemblablement identiques mais pourtant pas au même prix!

Placeringen på hotellet kunde knappt bli bättre. Nära till stranden och dom hade en privat del av stranden med strandstolar och nära till olika restauranger och souvenirbutiker men tyvärr är de det enda positiva med Hotell Sato. Personalen som tog emot oss var otroligt nonchalant både i receptionen och matsalen (inte alla men en i receptionen och värdinnan i matsalen) Hotellrummet i sig var väl helt okej men Wi-Fi på rummet var knappt existerande. Fick ställa oss vid dörren och logga in men när man kommit bort till sängen så hade man blivit utloggad och man hittade inte deras Wi-Fi från sängen utan man var tvungen att gå bort till dörren varje gång man blev utloggad vilket var varannan minut. Verkligen under all kritik och personalen verkade inte bry sig. Både frukosten och middags buffén var vidrig. Verkligen ingen jag rekommenderar. Sen var utcheckningen en katastrof. Paret framför där hade hotellet placerat deras legimation fel så på över 20 minuter hittade dom inte de. Otroligt otrygg känsla som gäst. Samma personal som vid incheckningen och hon var lika nonchalant som innan. Men som sagt, placeringen är perfekt! Så går ni bara efter det så är Sato hotellet för er.
