The staff is friendly and very helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a place to have lunch, we were not disappointed. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The property is good and the staff is excellent

Although the building is old and looks outdated on the outside, the rooms are very comfortable, with a big bed and a nice shower. The location is excellent, close to the train station, the shopping area and the public transport. There is also a supermarket around the corner. However, this is the first hotel that didn't offer free WiFi. You could only get it if you agreed to become a member of their loyalty programme. Which I didn't want, so I checked the "no" box. In spite of that, I got an email congratulating me for becoming a member! Very disappointed that Hilton has gotten this low...

Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip.

Great central location, amazing breakfast & friendly efficient staff

My experience was mostly okay. I think rooms should have coffee machines (4 EUR for a cup of coffee at the bar seems like a lot--though there is a nice coffee shop at a walking distance from the hotel). I had a dessert at the bar/restaurant, which was overpriced and not well done. Even if the restaurant has good reviews, it didn't impress me. Staff also made sure to underscore they were fully booked (but service wasn't excellent). Room was comfortable. One pro is that I got an early check-in free of charge. But I think there are better options in the area, in terms of cost-benefit. Gym was okay (they should have a water station, though, as it is kinda annoying to use the bathroom to refill your water bottle).

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Catering was very good and the location was perfect.

Excellent service. A lovely woman at breakfast saw that I had minimal time to eat (because I had to leave for a meeting) and she offered to quickly pack some food for me. That was unexpected and much appreciated.

There is no elevator from the garage. Had to carry suitcases up the stairs

The receipts are so friendly to provide the sufficient information around the area. Just the smell on the lift lobby not comfortable, i saw some workers doing some works. However, the property is old, need to be renovated.

The hotel stay was a series of annoyances. At check-in we were told (after 15 minutes of awkwardly standing there) that there was a global outage at Hilton thus we couldn’t leave a credit card on file. No problem. The next day we receive a letter under our door telling us to see the front desk to cover charges. The letter made it seem as if we had charged things to the room, when we hadn’t. We paid everything separately as we were told at check in. When I took the letter to the front desk they were most unhelpful. They didn’t know why I received the letter and asked me “what was I asking of her?” I was flabbergasted as I had received the letter and followed up. The series of events continued, we asked for a fan to be sent to the room. An hour later we called back and they shared we should have received it. A knock at the door a few minutes later revealed someone with a heater. When we called down we were told they couldn’t locate a fan so they sent a heater. I simply couldn’t understand the logic. The next day our room wasn’t made up, again another unnecessary annoyance. The hotel itself was fine, it was the pile on principle of unnecessary annoyances that weren’t dealt with professionally and swiftly that took away from the experience.
