Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. Many thanks

Rooms are clean and quiet, TV doesn’t work properly but excellent breakfast in the morning. Front desk staff and breakfast & kitchen staff are excellent

Everything was exellent at Ramada by Wyndham. Intelligent, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and economical friendly Resort, close to the town and all areas in Scheveningen. Everything works and was above expectation. Beautiful resort, 5 star rated. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this resort.

4th visit here and was dissapointed with fire alarm at 6AM with little support and info, second night sewage smell in room from drains in shower, man cleaning windows at 8AM.Room electrics failing and have to be moved in the dark at midnight to another room. Staff on the whole were very helpful but generally spoiled my stay so won't return next time to Sheveningen

Overall it was fine, the room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. After travelling all over the Netherlands I found the staff to be the least friendly and helpful of anywhere I went which was a little disappointing. They were also all very young so maybe that’s why, they haven’t learned how to be hospitable yet.

The overall it was a wonderful stay, so close to the main attractions of Scheveningen, and very easy access to The Hague. Very clean, and helpful staff.
Parking is available but not accessible for someone in a wheelchair, the only accessible route to the parking is to go out the front of the hotel, round the outside and up/down the parking ramp into the parking area.
The hotel is otherwise totally accessible inside.

Very nice reception staff. Fantastic location very close to tram stop and to many dining options on the beach. Good breakfast selection. Clean public area, room and bathroom. Wifi very good. Small bar and lounge area with no atmosphere.

Had a quick overnight stay in Scheveningen to attend an event which was cancelled at short notice. Rather than cancel the booking I went ahead with it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although the room wasn't huge it was very comfortable. A great bathroom with underfloor heating and a steam shower, beds that gave me the best night's sleep I have had in years. A rather large desk with lots of accessible plugs and a comfortable desk chair. Their breakfast is incredible with all the usual suspects, except with a wider choice than one would expect. One thing, the Dutch and their breakfast sausages .... Really? Another plus is the close proximity to public transport (the tram takes you to the center in about 20 minutes) and the beach is just across the road. There are tons of rather good restaurants around.
As for some of the bad reviews, no idea what they're all about but I have the feeling they were fishing for an upgrade. The Ramada by Wyndham is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in years and I'm looking forward to returning soon.
