The hosts were lovely and the unit was spacious and warm. A great shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to everything in Hamner. The only downside was the noisy neighbours in the unit next to us! Talking loudly early morning and late into the evening. We will go back to stay again however and hopefully have a quieter stay!

Only thing found for me was the bed being uncomfortable for my age. I am used to an electric bed with a nice comfortable mattress.

Decking boards loose outside unit, a hair on the bathroom floor, unfinished building repairs in bathroom, peeling paint in bathroom.
Complaint made to me about noise at nighttime but the walls are not soundproof.

I cannot comment on the rest of our stay, due to their system error our reservation was cancelled, unsure if this was the motel or Expedia for this error. It was such a shame because we were so looking forward to our stay. Our visit to hanmer spring jet boating and the pool was great, but alpine lodge let us down.
