That was a beautiful view at a balcony, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious, clean. It was so good for drinking tea, coffee, and chocolate.

We stayed in a King Room at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a mountain view room at check-in. Waking up to the Remarkables right outside our window was truly unforgettable. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable—everything you’d expect from a well-run IHG hotel. A great location and a seamless experience overall. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with a touch of luxury and amazing views!

The kids loved this hotel. Family room was a winner. Bunk beds, play area and huge bathroom! Parking is challenging there's only a handlful of free parking and even the paid parking was full. Had to park the rental car across the road at the local paid parking area.

There is no luggage rack available and there is no room for luggage. We have to either put our luggage either on table or on top of chair. There is only one chair in the room which means we have no chair to sit on. There is no countertop space in the bathroom.

Good breakfast with lots of hot choices. Spacious rooms and well maintained. The area itself is quiet and away from the busy tourist traffic from Queenstown, although the downside is the relatively scarce availability of shopping and amenities around. (There is a supermarket and short shopping strip about 5-7 minute walk away)

Wonderful service and large, comfortable, well equipped room. Convenient for bus direct to town and airport. Excellent, good value food and drink in restaurant and bar. Struggled to reduce room temperature.

The room was bright and spacious, very quiet with a mountain view. The hotel interior design was so relaxing and it made me feel like back home (Europe). It was easy tp drive anywhere I wanted and $10 per night car park was just great. I enjoyed my stay so much
