Family stay - 2 adults, 2 children (10&5).
Excellent accomodation. 2 bedroom apartment with spa. Beds were comfy, linen crisp and clean. Rooms were spacious with huge wardrobes and tv with sky in each bedroom. Lounge had a round dining table to seat 4. 2 couches, kitchenette with everything needed for 4. Spa was great. Table and chairs in courtyard. Bathrooms had heaps of towels and product. Motel pool, sauna and gym all clean, tidy and great for our family stay. Would highly recommend.

This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests.
The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch during the colder seasons.
The swimming pool is clean and heated although I didn't get a chance to use it.
The only thing I can fault is that there was no milk provided but this is a very minor thing compared to what was a very enjoyable stay and would certainly be high on my list to rebook when I return to Rotorua in the future.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub, but it was noisy - our room faced a road that had construction trucks driving past at 5:00 am. No restaurants in walking distance, but only a few minutes to the cute downtown and there was a grocery store almost across the street which was handy. The pool looked nice.

Great property for a stay in Rotorua. Very clean & the hot tub was an added bonus. Staff very accommodating. Currently, no restaurant on site. Limited dining options in area, but close to grocery store & fast-food. About 40 minute walk to downtown. Parking spaces very small. However, I would recommend & consider staying again.

A bit out of town but still has shopping and food nearby. The room we had waa a good size with a small but very adequate kitchenette. Parking on-site and laundry facilities aa well as a spa, pool, and small fitness center are added amenities

Our first trip to Rotarua from the US. We initially picked this hotel but then changed our mind for one closer to downtown. Our first night there, we realized it was a mistake but it was too late to cancel. Regardless, we popped over to Newina and booked our second evening here. Comfy beds, great tv selection, qiet rooms, heated pool. Best tissue and toliet paper quality. Milk for coffee, nothing was overlooked. Stay here!

Fantastic property. Looks quite newly renovated. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and the receptionist was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The outdoor spa bath was a bonus.

Nice spacious room with a kitchen. Checking in was easy and staff was very nice. Pool was smaller than I expected . Location is great for shopping, eating and the Maori show down the road.

Nice, cute place and very clean. Friendly staff. Love the fact that you can have your very own outdoor hot tub if you book a room on the first floor. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open as it is still in the process of being approved by the council. The nearby cafes make up for it. Perfect place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from the Redwood Forest and 20 to 30 minutes away from the geothermal sites south of Rotorua.

A great hotel, very convenient in the Rotorua area, we were able to go one way for the Redwood forest, and the other way to the National Kiwi Hatchery. This spot worked out well for us as we were traveling and wanted to see many different thing, nice comfortable room to come back to after long days. Very convenient to have a grocery store across the street.
