This is a great place to stay and I will come back in the future. The location is perfect and the staff was wonderful and professional. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The decor in every part of the building and in our room was comfortable and fun. The gym was small but had everything I needed for a quick workout. Shampoo and soaps were really nice -- I bought some later online because I liked them so much. I didn't expect to need a kitchen but it turned out that it was VERY handy to have, and all of the essential kitchen tools were supplied. All's good with Room2 Belfast! Great place.

We didn’t have a good first impression because of the stains on the carpet at the entrance and in the hallways. The fabric of the seats in the lounge also were stained. The room was clean and the location was very good, but there were no facial tissues in the room. We requested them and were told to use toilet paper. The temperature controls in the room couldn’t be lowered, which made the room uncomfortably warm.

Location great just off main spaces but not too busy. Room very well thought out - good really well-equipped kitchen area. Staff friendly and helpful. What more to say? Oh yes, no mugs/glasses in bathroom (had to use one from the kitchen!)

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Excellent location. Perfect room for the 3 of us. We were pleased to have the onsite laundry facilities. We had a nice time in the lounge for drinks and appetizers. The live music was a bonus!

Flint let the pictures fool you. This hotel is brand new - hip, modern, and eco-conscious. Loved the large room and large bathroom. Food was better than average in the cafe.
