Nomada Container Hotel Panama City

Hotel was fine. Property does not communicate at all. After I booked, I emailed asking for an early check-in. It would have been fine if they just said no, but they never replied. Then when I arrived I asked if I could get in a bit early again. There were no other guests at the property and they still didn't get me an early check in.

This property was okay. Depending on what your plans are, the place was okay when it comes to convenience. It’s an average of $5.50 via uber to casco Viejo. My tours picked me up without any problems. The area is walkable and some of the popular cafes in the old town have chains within 20 minutes of the hotel. That was nice since I didn’t want to always go to the old town for a coffee. The mall is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes drive. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is okay. No matter if you alone or with someone, if you want an apartment style small spaced hotel, then this is a good fit. The receptionist was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. One thing I will say is that it was a bit loud at times. I still slept okay since I’m a late sleeper. I have some other cons about this place but nothing extreme.

The room is ok but for late check-in guests, it’s better for the customer service agent to share the check in information before taking off rather than waiting for the guest to ask for information. From my example, I got to my room at 2am with no one to ask for help, I was panicked that I might stay outside for the whole night or try to find another hotel. I can only call the agent through WhatsApp for help. Luckily he/she answered and I’m able to get in but coming from a long-delayed flight to a brand new country, I felt lucky that my phone has enough power and data to make the call.

The location was perfect

We went on a friends trip and thought his would be a fun adventure and something different for staying in Panama City. We all agreed that it was very unique and we checked off that box but probably won't return. The area was clean and it was a fun experience. The beds didn't sleep very well. The staff was nice and attentive through Whatsap though we never saw another person on the on the property. We came in the late afternoon and left early morning so we didn't get a full experience.

A acomodação é confortável, ar condicionado potente, wifi excelente e o check in fácil e agil. Recomendo que na opção com cozinha tenha mais utensílios domésticos (tinha apenas 1 panela que era uma frigideira), não tinha pano para pia.

Fun little place

Good location , great vibe. The hotel staff was communicative and helpful from beginning to end of our two days visit. Very good experience overall, and very good price.

Super awesome concept. Great location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great as well.

My go to place when o go to the city

I booked Friday evening after landing and no one answered my messages or calls to the after hours number. No refund issued. When they finally answered the excuse was that the phone didn’t have data plan. No resulution yet.

Very nice little rooms with a large open space available and easy parking on site. Very good for the price. Only let down was that the café did not open for breakfast at 7:30, but 8 am, so everyone was waiting.
