I really loved this hotel. The pictures on the site do not do justice. The breakfast and dinner they served was great. The staff were great in every area I navigated. Especially the front reception area. They went above and beyond. The room was so comfortable and large. I will return without a doubt.

Loved this hotel it is beautiful and everyone is so kind! Go to the spa if you can, we had a great time. Very close to the center, only a 10 minute walk. If we ever come back, we will stay here again!

A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and common spaces. The food was amazing and we appreciated plenty of filtered water being available. The staff was helpful although the dinner restaurant recommended was not very good - we should have just eaten dinner at the hotel.

We went to Cusco for three days to acclimate to the altitude before continuing to Machu Picchu and the high Atacama. For us the best thing about Cusco -- which otherwise has quite a bit to offer -- was the Antigua Casona. What a gem! The restored hotel particulier oozes charm. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed (the vicuna rugs next to the bed are the softest thing our feet ever touched); the staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful (and speak excellent English); the restaurant and bar are excellent (breakfast was a treat every day); and the location -- up the hill from the buzzing main square in Cusco -- was perfect for exploring the town on foot. Keep in mind that you're over 12,000 feet, so the walk back up the hill to the hotel can be a real challenge the first couple of times, but it's worth it!

We stayed here for about 10 days which is the longest we’ve stayed at one hotel for international travel. However, we had no regrets, the service was impeccable, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, massages were much needed and the best I’ve ever had(I get massages monthly back at home).
