Alicia Apartment

TERRIBLE! First off I was there IN their waiting area for almost 2 hours waiting for a room. Then some couple came in and got a room before me after waiting maybe 10 minutes. Even the shuttle driver had something to say as we both sat on the area together. Now the room, IDK where to start, so let's start with easy things: couldn't turn on the TV, couldn't turn on the cable box, only 2 towels given, no soap to wash up with either. Elevator was only for baggage, and after seeing how they operate it, yeah I wouldn't suggest it.

Stayed1 night staff very friendly and helpful check in and out very easyroom and CR very clean bed comfortable towels and toiletries provided drinking water. Available. A couple of individual pacekets of coffee would be nice overall very good would stay again

You get what you pay for. Staff was polite and helpful.

You get what you paid for. It says free breakfast, but none was offered during my stay. Shuttle is ONLY for pick up.

Perfect! Loved the vibe.

First our room was on the 4th Floor with no passenger elevator service. They did take my bags up on their. Freight elevator, but I had to fetch the bags off that elevator myself. The Aircon and hot water were the only thing that was satisfactory. The TV did not work unless I tightened the coax cable that was loose going into the wall. The bathroom sink was plugged up. Luckily, the overflow drain worked else the floor would have been a small flood zone because taking a shower meant everything in the bathroom got flooded or wet. There was also a floor tile by the entrance to the bathroom that protested any time it was stepped on. My travel mate did say the roof deck was great with a wonderful view. I did not venture there as I was recovering from the 4th floor walkup. Never again will I consider Alicia Apartments even for the one night we stayed there.

The pictures of the property on Expedia's site are misleading as is the name. It is not an Apartment, but a 3 storey building. Also, it's located in a slum with streets so narrow that Taxi Driver's were very reluctant to go to it. That being said, the staff are very helpful and accomodating

A basic clean local hotel close to the airport with good shuttle service. Ideal for a transit stay.

The area is very noisy. I didn’t feel safe. My nephew said that the beddings make his skin itchy. I don’t recommend this place.

The rooms are small but very clean. Heated shower, ac, free wifi and privacy. They have a generator in case they loose power during a storm. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice for the price, the bathroom or CR was so small I was kissing a wall to use

Always safe and convenient

Management was accommodating and nice. Acoustics a tad echoey from ceramic floors.
