The hotel staff was friendly but very inexperienced in hotel management. The room was regularly lacking from most basic amenities. Daily there was something missing such as towels, soap, shampoo, etc... etc... etc. When we stayed there when it had just opened 3 years ago, it was much better managed, and were impressed with the running of the hotel. They had an excellent manager who was very experienced in hotel management and everything was nearly perfect. Gradually since he has left, we noticed a deterioration in the service and a continual turnover of the staff. It's truly a shame because it's a very nice hotel with great potential.

The room is average and the AC is good. My sad experience was at the restaurant. We ordered buttered chicken, sizzling tuna and pinakbet with instruction and request that the pinakbet should be "less salt". Fist we were served sizzling tuna and "buttered chicken". We were starving from a long trip so we immediately devoured what is served in front of us. We all eat buttered chicken right? but what we were served taste negative. The waitress arrived serving us what she said was the buttered chicken and not the first served which is half consumed. I asked the waitress if we have to pay the wrongfully served peppered chicken and she said yes. What about the less salt pinakbet, she said it's coming sir. In a few minutes here comes the less salt pinakbet. The less salt pinakbet taste like buro grabe alat holy cow we have to pick out the vegetables careful not to touch the bed salt under. Well aside from that sad experience our stay at the Premier double bed room is average. You get what you pay for. Lastly the water heater is not that hot for me. No complimentary slippers so we have to put our shoes on all the time. I will come back someday I will bring my own foods though ha ha ha Thanks to M hotel

The staff and service are crappy!!! imagine a staff saying cant you take a bath with cold water? because their water heater is not wroking!!! i have been driving all night and cannot just take a bath with cold water!!! guests dont have a choice of their bfast, worse their breakfast is as cold as a dead person!!! stay away from thus hotel
