PRS @ One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

I have stayed in two other rooms in this area before but this time there’s no drinking water in my room.

Buyer beware. Do not book this stay if you are travelling with special needs person or children. No mobile internet in the room or outside in the pool area, you only get internet from their wifi so if you are booking grabcar, stay inside the room. Also, the guard wont let the grabcar inside the condo, but they also wont let the car wait outside the condo. In other words - Security guards are arrogant. Pool is filthy. Like the pool filters are off. We have a special needs child and asked the guards if they could let the grabcar in so we dont have to carry bags and luggages and walk the children in the midday sun. they also asked the grab car to leave right away because cars cannot wait along the road for the passengers. Then they told us that they dont see any “PWD” in our group, like they would allow exceptions only if they can see wheelchair. And then they laughed like we were caught lying. Too bad if you have a child with hidden disability such as autism, you have to bake your child under the sun because the guards wont let non-resident cars in. Just imagine they are asking us to walk from the condo to the car OUTSIDE the condo, knowing we have two kids (3 adults + 2 kids) and luggages. They seem to enjoy what little power they have. If I had not raised my voice to them, they would ask the grab car to leave again, because we should be standing on the sidewalk under the sun, outisde the condo and wait for the grabcar there instead. Good luck if you are keen.

Everything worked as advertised. Food and shopping within walking distance. Easy to get a taxi if needed.

Convenient near airport

One palm tree villas is the only place that I stay each time I visit the Philippines. It’s a beautiful area. It’s convenient for shopping transportation and of course to the main airport in Manila love the Philippines.

There's a pool

Excellent Condo!! Clean and beautiful!!! Highly recommend it!!

Chose the loft unit because we needed an extra bed. Sheets were clean but very worn, loft bed had no top sheet (a small blanket was provided by request). Nice big TV but no channels or content accessible at all. Little things like no dish cloth or sponge. Also the condo was ground level directly facing the street so it was a bit noisy. For the price paid, we thought it should have been better.

Place is clean and accesible to all amenities. Tere is helpful with our check in.

Convenient to NAIA. Check in was also smooth. However the aircon needs cleaning. It was so slow.

Convenient place to stay near the airport for a night. Pool in the complex courtyard.

Had to beg to get towels had to constantly call to get them delivered 24hrs later. There pictures show a kitchen but there was nothing but a fridge and you werent allowed to cook. They had disconnected the stove. False advertising would never suggest this place

The area is good and safe. Everything is convenient. The front counter people and the security guards were very polite and respectful. The unit 7W was very disappointing. We asked if we can check in earlier and we were accommodated but we were moved to a different building. We were booked at One Palm Villa but we ended up in Two Palm Tree Villa. The unit doesnt have the exhaust (stove)working in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils were dirty there were cockroaches allover the kitchen n bathroom. We took pictures of them. No fresh towels were provided. for 2 weeks’ stay we were given two bath towels. No hand towels and no face towels were provided. The frying pan was so scratched up that they told us they will send a new one but we never got it. There was no maid service cleaning the unit. Nobody checked if we need maid service. All in all i think the unit was much cheaper thsn the unit that we were supposed to rent because they said they will move us but they never did.

The location from the airport is perfect, the room that we were in was just ok, if we were spening our entire trip in manila i would have changed room/hotel. When getting in contact with someone at the hotel you need to call the number dont message because it dont work.the beds were so hard and had plastic that was cracked, no extra blankets just 1 sheet, only 1 roll of toilet paper(that was already started) when i asked for another roll at front desk i was told to contack the property, the pool was down(it wasnt stated on the site).the room had roaches around and in the fridges, i was given 2 keys but only 1 worked, cupboards were off, when we come back to the Philippines we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel staff is verykind and she is always smiling and approachable and the boss of prs one palm tree is so kind she also have speak japanese
