EchoDom 3 Apartments

The studio is very comfortable and well maintained and close enough to the main train station. One thing worth mentioning is that you need to climb up 75 stairs to get to this 3rd floor studio. It's worth finding out from the property before booking if you have any mobility issues. The TV had 2 remotes which I couldn't figure out so I never got to turn on the TV. The internet worked well. Not having a front desk for any issues or questions isn't always the best even though you can always call the office. I would stay here again.

Property structure and layout was fine. However I checked out of the property immediately after checking in due to an intolerably foul smell in the apartment. In addition, the WiFi was not working properly, and due to the first floor courtyard location of the apartment, the mobile phone reception was very weak.

The only reason it’s not all super smiles is the towels were tiny. Otherwise fantastic and highly recommended but take your own towel.

Great location Great for 3 day stay maximum. Sofa bed could be more comfortable but it does the job. Air condition is needed when staying in summer as the room is on the top floor and it might get boiling hot

On arrival the heating would not work and we contacted the host who was not able to advise us how to successfully turn the heating on and then we received no further reply to any messages or emails for the next 3 days so had to stay in minus conditions with no heating wouldn't stay here again

The place was like a mini palace! Very convenient to the city centre and old town. Very happy to rent it again!

The apartment i was accommodated in was very nice, well decorated, clean, good for solo travelers. The location is super! Close to old town and safe. However, one should be prepared to walk a little more than 100 stairs as there is no elevator in the building. Karolina and Daniel were both very helpful. I didn't have a local phone number but they are available on wats app, so it made it easier to ask questions. Note- there is no manned reception-- so make sure to discuss arrival time ahead of time! One drawback is that if you have a late bus or flight and need to store your luggage, you have to drop off the bags to another EchoDom building a little over 5km away from this apartment and this can be done only between 10am to 6pm. That was not going to be possible for me as I had a tour early in the morning and a bus very late in the night and I really didn't want to carry the luggage around with me. I ended up booking another hotel room next door (as EchoDom was available and Daniel was very nice to look into it for me) just to store my luggage. I didn't ask Karolina or Daniel so may be there was a comforter available however I didn't see one in the apartment. I used my shawl that I brought along with me. Overall, I would still recommend this apartment as the apartment is really nice and cosy!

Explanations on arrival were expedited - AC was barely working - no wifi - textos to advise of our departure were never answered - 1 of the 3 television was not working - but it is very well locared close by the central place

Beautiful apartment, good location. Super clean. Equipped with everything you need for a short break in Krakow. Not disabled/ability friendly as on very top floor of steep stairs with no lift.

The hotel scheduled a tour to Auschwitz. They had a company pick us up at the hotel and had a English speaking tour guide. Also received a discounted tour rate. The place was in a great location and the bathroom was amazing!

A really attractive apartment, in a great location which was perfect for a young couple visiting the city for sightseeing etc. Staff were very helpful and arranging key pickup was relatively simple despite the lack of staff on site. The only downsides would be the unusable tv and shower which flooded the bathroom slightly when used by two people in a row.

Apartment, 1 Bedroom (Street Pilsudskiego 11) This apartment is absolutely perfect. It's brand new, clean, and fitted out with all amenities one would require. The design is minimal and modern, but they have included thoughtful touches like art books, full set of kitchenware, and even a few cans of sparkling water in the fridge when I arrived. The building is located in very close proximity to the Old Town and the Jagellonian university which is very convenient for getting around. Leslek met me quite late at night as my flight was delayed, but he was very friendly and accommodating. My only caution is that the building can be a little bit loud because I think it contains a number of tourist flats, so there are a lot of suitcases rolling in the hallways and loud voices at night, but I got used to it quite quickly. But this is no comment on the apartment itself, which is spotless, spacious, and the BEST decision I made when visiting Krakow for a conference for a week.

The room was excellent: Modern, clean, many amenities, and close proximity to the university (just one block away). The customer service was good too. It is necessary to let the owners know when you arrive, so that they can meet you and let you into the building. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Decor, but very dusty

This was a perfect place for us to stay in Krakow, very conveniently located near the center, but far away enough from the general hubbub of city life when you want to get some peace. Better suited for a couple than father & son, it was still a great place for us to stay. The apartment condition was immaculate, very comfortable and at a great price. The service we received was faultless, being very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I haven't given this top marks is the 4 flights of stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment, with no option of a lift. This didn't prove a problem for us, but could easily be one for older people, or for those who have mobility issues. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here - thank you Echo Dom!

CLean nod comfy apartment with well equipped amenities, especially. Sofa bed is abit hard yet acceptable; we had sound sleeps every day during the stay.
